The food was great, but tonight was the last night they're open. The owner is closing the restaurant and going back to school. Wish her the best luck.
Went for the kamayan. ($45 not including tax and gratuity)
My goodness is this place amazing! I have had some Philippino food before but these are hands down my favorite lumpia. I drive almost a half hour to enjoy these tasty treats! Everything I've had there was great. They are always very inviting and I want to go there way more than I'm able to.
Masarap has the best Filipino food in town. Great service and great flavor. I highly recommended the Lechon Kawali.
Entrees are notably authentic and the service both friendly and eager to please. The portions are generally ample and tasty.
Tess the owner is mad friendly, always smiling. The lumpia is the best Filipino lumpia in Omaha. They use real beef instead of ground beef. The prices are very reasonable and the halo halo will make your taste buds dance. I would recommend the spicy chicken adobo. I like my food with a kick. A1
Missing Pinas? This is the place to go. The owner is friendly. Delicious filipino foods and I suggest you guys to try their boodle feast its a bomb, lots of foods and lots of fun!
Tapa is my fave and I’m glad I found a piece of home in this restaurant. My kids love Lumpia and halo-halo and it’s amazing how we couls just chill at Masarap and feel right at home. ?
We love this place! Try the pork rib adobo or the chicken pancit, and whatever you do, don’t forget the lumpias.
Staff was wonderful and helpful! Food was great! First time having food from the Philippines and I was very impressed! Would recommend to anyone wanting to try something new.

Fantastic authentic Philippines cuisine in Omaha. Well from this world travelers opinion, this place is the real deal. Great place with great people too. Owner was an awesome hostess. We will be back many times.
First time eating here and I can't wait to be back! Super friendly with amazing food. New goal for me is to try everything on their menu! If you like authentic flavor then Masarap is the place is for you!
Spicy pork adobo is decent but everything else I've eaten has lacked flavor. Luckily there is plenty vinegar and sauces to give the dinuguan authentic taste. The lumpia filling is lacking and not very good either. Halo halo doesn't look like the one advertised and doesn't always have the proper ingredients. I've also drove all the way across town on the days they advertise as open to find that it's closed. I won't be back.
I initially met Tess, the owner, when she was organizing the 1st inaugural Nebraska Asian Festival. Tess contacted with her Awesume Egg Rolls (Lumpia) and when I tried some fresh out of the fryer at the Bellevue Farmer's Market I was in Fat Guy Heaven. Now, Tess has her own storefront with Masarap Philippine Cuisine and of course I was more than happy to support. We took our Foodie group out to give the restaurant a try. For the most part I only heard good feedback about the food. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and had a great time. I love the lumpia and we got try anb icy dessert called Halo Halo. Halo Halo means mix mix and that's exactly what you have to do with it. There are different layers of ice, ice cream, coconut and other ingredients that have to be mixed to get the ful effect of the desert. Tess is always really nice and I love going out there to grab a bite!#OmahaFattie
