Ordered lunch for delivery and had a great first-timer experience. Ordering flow was easy and intuitive, food arrived quickly with great packaging and labeling. Sandwiches were great (New Yorker and Ham/Cheese Melt) and sides were equally good. Generous portions of everything. Drinks were carefully packaged and very well-prepared. A new go-to for lunch!
My order was wrong . I ordered a spud max and received a potato with cheese, bacon and one piece of ham. The manager argued with me and told me he wouldn’t replace it and was very rude. He forgot to add olives, meat and green onions. Instead of offering to remake it, he said I can pick up a olives and green onions. He also forgot the fruit cup and drink for my child’s kids meal. He was arrogant and didn’t want to accept responsibility.

ridiculously expensive catering ripped off used to be charged 6.41 for qt of potatoe salad for the past 3 yrs now all of a sudden its 12.00 per qt JUST WRONG JMO
