Never fails you go somewhere, pay $30 for food, and you come back to your office to find it's not right. staff had every opportunity to make sure it was right but they were more worried about putting napkins and chips in storage than making sure orders are right. Took so long for a sandwich and potato order.

The boy on the counter is bilingual too which made me feel more confident about his suggestions, potato salad, Italian sandwich, soup, and a spud, it was so good, didn’t expect this quality from a franchise, truly yummy

I had a decent experience at this McAlister’s location. The food itself is okay and the sandwiches are fresh. The French onion had quite a bit of FAT. My husband barely finished 1/3 of the sandwich. I also noticed that the establishment was very clean, which I really appreciated.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is the value. The prices feel quite high for what you actually receive in terms of portion size, especially when you factor in a side and a drink. We probably won’t be back because of the prices. I imagine prices are dictated by corporate, but still…it’s not cheap. Two sandwiches, a premium side, and a coke were about $33…bit insane to us.

Started off as a bad experience with having 3 employees at the counter and not even one of them greet us until I said something about who is going to take our order. Then the people who ordered after us got their food delivered before my daughter & I. BUT the manager Madelyn came over to our table and apologized and gave us a comp card. Thank you for addressing the situation. Great manager!!

Today I visited McAllister on 72 and I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, patience and cooperation as well as the laughs and understanding for customers and employees as well. Keep it up. Keep doing well and remember customer service isn’t easy but when done well it’s rewarding in itself.
Today two women held up the ENTIRE LINE with outlandish requests and nitpicking trying to scam them out of every nickel they could. The entire staff was patient and specifically the woman that dealt with these two for more than 25 minutes! I applaud her for her patience as I am a server and I’m not sure I could’ve kept my cool! Round of applause for this staff!!

Had McAlister's cater a large luncheon at my office today...we couldn't be more thrilled!! The catering coordinator did an amazing job setting up - was quick and efficient too! ALL of the sandwiches and chips were a HIT!! Would use again - for sure! Keep up the good work, guys!!
