Today I visited McAllister on 72 and I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, patience and cooperation as well as the laughs and understanding for customers and employees as well. Keep it up. Keep doing well and remember customer service isn’t easy but when done well it’s rewarding in itself.

Today two women held up the ENTIRE LINE with outlandish requests and nitpicking trying to scam them out of every nickel they could. The entire staff was patient and specifically the woman that dealt with these two for more than 25 minutes! I applaud her for her patience as I am a server and I’m not sure I could’ve kept my cool! Round of applause for this staff!!

Had McAlister's cater a large luncheon at my office today...we couldn't be more thrilled!! The catering coordinator did an amazing job setting up - was quick and efficient too! ALL of the sandwiches and chips were a HIT!! Would use again - for sure! Keep up the good work, guys!!

They were extremely rude to me and my husband , and waited a long time to get the food and people that were behind us got food before we did , and then turned out we had hair in our food , me and my husband will never be going there again! Waist of time and gas/money and honestly the food taste expired.

Waited over an hour for our food after ordering. The staff lost our receipt and instead of coming to the table and asking us about our order and what we needed they continued to make everyone else’s order. At the 90 minute mark, when people who ordered well behind us were eating and leaving we went to the front to get a refund. Not sure what the issue was today, we have never had an experience like this before. We may go back, we may not but we will certainly think twice about it.

Stopped in because of my T-Mobile reward points. The cashier was super nice and kind. The black lady in the kitchen and the black lady who bagged my food was talking about order - like I wasn't standing there . I ordered one chicken club regular and the other one without lettuce or tomatoes. The cook said why they order a club that's just a chicken sandwich and that conversation last at least 2 minutes while the lady is bagging my food : when she was finished she was kinda rude didn't say thanks - just said here's your order. I will never come back .
