They were extremely rude to me and my husband , and waited a long time to get the food and people that were behind us got food before we did , and then turned out we had hair in our food , me and my husband will never be going there again! Waist of time and gas/money and honestly the food taste expired.

Waited over an hour for our food after ordering. The staff lost our receipt and instead of coming to the table and asking us about our order and what we needed they continued to make everyone else’s order. At the 90 minute mark, when people who ordered well behind us were eating and leaving we went to the front to get a refund. Not sure what the issue was today, we have never had an experience like this before. We may go back, we may not but we will certainly think twice about it.

Stopped in because of my T-Mobile reward points. The cashier was super nice and kind. The black lady in the kitchen and the black lady who bagged my food was talking about order - like I wasn't standing there . I ordered one chicken club regular and the other one without lettuce or tomatoes. The cook said why they order a club that's just a chicken sandwich and that conversation last at least 2 minutes while the lady is bagging my food : when she was finished she was kinda rude didn't say thanks - just said here's your order. I will never come back .

Waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches a soup and a kids Mac and cheese. The food came out cold and the manager acted like they didn’t care and was more worried about getting cold Food out to other guests.

Food has gone down hill here. Used to be good. Used always get the giant spuds, but they mess those up. Recently got a french dip and the meat was all fat
Good not great. Ordered online and still waited 10 minutes. Short staffed on a Saturday. Soup was lukewarm and wrap was ok. Not bad but needs to have more staffing on Saturday.
