I Don't think I've ever been to a location that has friendlier and exceptionally kind staff than this. Every. Single. Time. They are all genuinely kind and happy to be there and I wanted to recognize that. Today especially, Jayla was next level thoughtful.To Jayla, thank you! Seriously. I can tell that you are sincerely kind and you have a bigger impact than you may think. I've had a rough few weeks and you are the bright spot to remind me that people are still good. I ordered from the McDonalds resteraunt 7717 W Dodge Rd, Omaha, NE 68114. I just want to say that the young man cashiering for the drive thru went above and beyond what was required of him. I really appreciated his assistance and I think he should be recognized for his positive attitude, helpfullness, and his anticipation of my needs without being asked. Everyone is usually very nice when I have ordered through the drive thru but he took it a step further. It's the little things an employee does that shows that they care about how they do their job. He's a keeper. I hope you hang on to him. I am sorry that I declined the receipt because I don't know his name in order to put that in my review but I did go through the drive through at 11:33 am 10/26/25. Thank You! Michele H.🙂

They were out of the pumpkin pies. They also did not give me my monopoly cup, even though I specifically sat at the window that I only want the cup for the monopoly game. They could have informed me that they do not have any Monopoly cups, but instead, they decided to be rude and not give me my freaking Monopoly cup. I would’ve ordered a fry if If I knew, I was not gonna get the monopoly game. I am trying to win the Jeep and I am very upset about this. I will let the town know that you guys do not do good for your customers and you don’t care about your service.

I'm gonna be real honest. The food itself is perfectly fine. I can always count on my food being good BUT the cleanliness of the building isn't always well kept. Every time I go into McDonald's. I'm having to waiting awhile before someone comes from the kitchen area to be in the lobby to take my order. They're always doing things in the kitchen area, a lot of talking can be heard. The floor may not be well kept. The tables/chairs are usually dirty. I have to just sit at a table I think I'd the cleanliness. Let me go ahead and ask here when the last time you ever actually saw an employee clean anything was? And I'm not just saying this about this location either, this is consistent with another location I sometimes go to as well. Is fast food really fast food anymore?
Okay so real quick, let me explain the situation here. I love the food so I gave you the five stars okay the service was fine no big deal my food was hot tasted great. But let's get to the real point here; I recently did some checking around and found that 87% of McDonald's foods contains human DNA. I don't understand this at all. If you have not heard of Soylent Green then you need to definitely check it out. Soylent Green and this is no lie you can look it up has human body parts in it. Do do that I will never eat anything beef related from McDonald's ever again. I'm completely serious 100% about this. However I will continue to eat the mcfish and the McChicken because that is white meat in humans do not turn into white meat. Although I am going to do a little bit more checking around this make sure about that before I keep going back. In the long run I will still say that it tastes great but knowing what I know now I just don't know if I'll ever be able to eat beef anywhere ever again. Especially from McDonald's.

We are only in Omaha one night. Needed coffee. It was cold and bitter. They made a comment about making coffee that morning, it was 10PM! The 'replacement' was also just warm and tasted worse. I ended up throwing it out. I couldn't trust the pumpkin lattes either... super disappointed.

I’ve had by far the WORST experience with this McDonald’s in my whole existence of living . They inconvenienced me and shooed me away like I was a knat in their bedroom. Specifically the manger , I’m not sure of her name but she wears her hair in an extremely tight ponytail with a midk Shirley temple ponytail piece at the top. I also noticed she had no teeth during our negative interaction. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS POORLY MANAGED ESTABLISHMENT.
