I showed them a receipt and the manager accused me of lying and not paying for it but still gave me my food. People are so miserable and for what?

Pulled in for an ice coffee on my way to work and was asked to park , had to leave without it after paying and after waiting in drive thru, im not waiting for you to make coffee and bring it out, ppl could do that at home for much cheaper 🤦 no more $ for youuuuuuu lol i get BK coffee and breakfast across the street now, if you go to fast food and they ask you to wait for a drink 🤣🤣🤣🤣 RUNNNN

I work across the street from this particular McDonald's, and have had issues 2 of the 3 orders I have placed with them. Overall, do not recommend. They were not helpful when I called, only offering to mail a meal voucher out to me after just stating that I was 20 minutes away from them and could return tomorrow, so now I am stuck waiting for that.
The first order issue was last weekend when I ordered a Big Mac and a Chicken Big Mac. I don't know what was crispier, the bun or the chicken... I went on my lunch break and didn't have a chance to call about the issue, but a co-worker went shortly after me and said the burger he ordered was also sub-par (but that the fries were good).
The second order issue was tonight, when I played a curbside pick-up order about 15-minutes prior to leaving work. I've never had a McDonald's check-in my order/prepare my food prior to my arrival - I have always had to check in at the curbside location and then they would prepare my food/bring it out to me. I couldn't check it in and so I called the store. Someone brought my food out to me but forgot my drink, so they had to go back and grab that. I grabbed the drink and left, and tried to eat while I drove home - except the food was cold. (I ordered a 20pc, Lg. Coke, and had a free fry coupon.)
I asked how the curbside was supposed to work because I had never had a location prepare my order prior to my arrival, and the female on the other end said she didn't know. She said she thought maybe I gave up on my order because it had been sitting there for so long, and so I asked why it was prepared if I never checked in. She couldn't answer that question either. I then mentioned how I was having a hard time with this concept, and the fact that everything was cold, but that I don't have a way to just turn back around being 20 minutes away, and she then responded with, "well if you want to come back I can make it fresh for you?" I don't know why that was even an option to offer me when I literally just said I couldn't come back tonight and was 20+ minutes away at that point.

I order online 30 minutes before i got there I waited almost 20 minutes for my food while there was no one in the drive through and the lobby was empty and still they messed up my order and forgot most of my things this place is horrible

I stopped in because I was curious about the Chicken Big Mac. While my picture looks nothing like their advertisements, it was a delicious sandwich. They missed getting the Filet-o-Fish on the center of the bun but I was able to fix that with some incredible ingenuity. The sandwiches and fries were very hot and fresh, exactly what a Friday night splurge was asking for.
While the tables and chairs were clean, the floor was quite sticky which is why I removed a star from "Atmosphere".

Don't bother using the app for curbside pickup, you'll wait 20 minutes outside and watch 10 cars go through the drive thru. When you finally have to go in and physically pick up your food it'll be cold. No one knows what's going on here. This location is terrible

I got 2 spicy McChickens with Mac sauce added to them. No Mac sauce but 2 sharp bones in one of the chicken patties. Asked for sweet n sour sauce and got none.
One of the few times recently that I was able to walk in and talk to a person to place my order. It was awesome service!!!

Was a much better experience than my first visit, about 2 years ago. Service is much better now and the environment is well set. I was able to make a quick screen digital order and the order came in faster than I expected considering the traffic. Feels more like the McDonald's I expected, good reason to go back ??. Good job guys.

The place is Clean and well maintained, i find it mostly quite and relaxing, service is very quick. Food is also served hot.
