We came in from out of town for an appointment at Children’s. After stopping here, we are full and energized for our child’s doctors appointments. The restaurant was clean and our food hot. We order three big breakfasts, a sandwich meal and three hotcakes. Our coffees were spot on as well. The manager was very kind and gave our kids toys. We will definitely stop here again when we are in town next.

The chicken nuggets didn’t taste like a chicken nugget was very disappointed. Drive thru lady sounded rude and impatient. Will never go back to this McDonald’s again, and I don’t even live in Omaha.
The worst McDonalds I have ever been too. First there was 2 cars in the drive thru. So I went inside since I was in a commercial vehicle. When I get in. There is no one helping the ladies on the machine so I have to help them because the manager would not. Did that for 10 mins. Got the order done for them. Did mine and go up to the counter to pay. And he says we aren’t doing that right now. Again no one else in the store. Not busy at all. Very rude manager. I can see why there was no one here. He saw me help his customers and was still very rude.

Once in, no one was at the register, lady came over, helped me with the kiosk. She was extremely friendly, happy, professional. I have never received customer service anywhere like I had from her! Another customer in the dining area, actually got up just to compliment her on the service she provided. The employees name was Lisa. I stopped in at the 7717 W Dodge location around 5:45 pm. Yesterday I went to this location to get my grandmother some breakfast. I pulled through the drive thru and was asked to wait one moment. At that time I was the only car in the drive thru. Then 2 other cars pull up and they were helped while I was ignored.smh can you believe that. I had to go inside and order and still had to wait for a period of a time. Employees looked at us standing at the front counter and still ignored us. Until finally this sweet older lately came to help us. I appreciate the lady for helping us but I will NEVER return to this location again. They need to get it together and as a former McDonald’s employee I can say their customer service sucked. Sad but true.
