Just not coming here anymore. When you charging people over what a 5lb bag of potatoes are worth for fries, and I don't eat salt nor LIKE SALTED FRIES, WHY does this location hand half empty fry containers of old or refried dry ass fries instead of making fresh fries for us folks who don't eat or like salt??? There must have been a turnover recently cause last 2 times my husband's come home with half empty, old, or refried fries. He's there right now, and had to talk to THREE people just to get me some unsalted fresh fries. One lady gave him old half empty fries, he asked for fresh unsalted please, next lady gave him old full salted fries, and whoever the guy is who made it right, thanks. Appreciate you. Just real annoying when all ya want is some hot fresh no salted fries and 2 ladies wanna act like it's an issue to drop fresh damn fries. 5 stars for the guy, zero for the 2 ladies.

Unfortunately McDonald's had really slipped in recent years. It's sad that my grandkids can't experience what I did. Now the orders are wrong, food is cold or barely warm. The kids working there are not responding to the drive up. Maybe it's the kids lack of work ethic but it's McDonald's responsibility to set expectations & standards. Or just close their doors.

Robert was amazing on Christmas Eve. We went inside to place a To-go order for our kids. He was so patient with us and making sure we got everything we needed ! Customer service skills are definitely above and beyond.

I Uber’d delivery and it was absolutely awful. I was missing half of what I ordered. I ordered a 10 piece COMBO and was missing my fries AND AND my drink. The sauces I received for my nuggets were incorrect also. I already pay so much for delivery because I don’t have transportation, only for the order to be entirely messed up. And I don’t blame the delivery driver because the bag is sealed and they’re not allowed to touch it (although it should have been a red flag when I didn’t get my drink which was obvious). I’m pissed. I guess it’s a sign I need to stop using food delivery, but ffs McDonald’s can your employees not read!?! Absolutely LAZY.
