This is sad! All I wanted is a coffee. I stop ordering coffee today because there is no receipt paper and the guy at the counter doesn’t understand his job and the one in the picture is always on his phone. So sad I always have coffee at home but for whatever reason I have been getting coffee at MsDonalds. Better service and fix ur problems.

Ordered last night, had plastic in my burger, didn't know till I pulled it out of my mouth. Manager didn't seem to care when I called today. She told me they don't have plastic in their kitchen and if I was sure I was calling the right location. Thanks for taking accountability 😃👍 disgusting customer service. She also tried to pass it off to doordash to take care of THEIR problem.

Manager was very rude. Ask if their drive thru was open. She gave attitude for no reason if you didn't want job she could have stayed home or find another job. Very sad and disappointing. Won't be returning again.

Drive thru menu was vandalized & not working, they were out of several menu items, trash littered throughout the parking lot, my coke was flat & food was literally thrown in the bag. It's clear the employees are lazy & just don't care.
Order 3 bacon mcdoubles. There was no bacon, No onion, No pickle, Nothing was on them They were just Plain burgers.

Just finished my drink, this was in my last sip. Just pulled this piece of plastic out of my mouth ? lord knows if there was more pieces of these in there and i could have already consumed them. Only ordered my drink so no plastic utensils should have been near it. This is just kind of crazy to me.

I special order my food without salt. The fries were fine, but my sandwich was loaded with salt. I would have come back and had them remake it, but I was already in the middle of a long trip (6 hours). The parking lot was really small, and the drive-thru line was long.
