I'd give 5 if they didn't consistently forget sauce straws...or just you know answer the phone its hard to get service at the front counter they just won't come help you unless you yell...then they are mad....the food half the time is cold old and just not fresh! Complete disappointment darmody shut it down or start making the staff do their jobs appropriately this is ridiculous ? ?

This place is fine, fast food is fast food but when I ask for a frappe when I go there for breakfast sometimes, it’s always been broken. For the last 6 months or so? It’s just a blender….right? ?? I’ve maybe have been able to get 2 from them since last summer, it’s just kind of funny and it seems like the manager doesn’t really care.

everytime me and my friend comes in here after school to order our food they always call the cops on us because other kids is being to loud and messing the place up forcing us to leave with out even getting our order the kiosks doesn’t give us receipts and they say if we don’t have a receipt to prove that we ordered we have to leave

Terrible place......wait times in the 20s to 30s forgetting orders or not paying attention and messing it up don't put salt on there walkwaysOlder guy messed up my order and then wanted to charge me extra for it his mistakeWent back after I found my recipt handed it to the guy said I want my refund he takes the recipt goes to the manager and says this guy up front wants his money after he left the food and slammed our doors .......I left the food yes and recipt is required for return and I never slammed any doors don't make stuff up to cover your butt it doesn't work out in the end will not be returning....

Was asked to pull into parking area but there were so many cars waiting for their food, we could not. Skinny manager dude with grey jacket came and yelled at us and pulled all kinds of attitude because they couldn't find us . Asked for his name but he refused. They messed up my wife's order but no way we were going back to that hot mess. Truly dismal

How is your drive-thru not accepting cash or card but your drive-thru is open how would you pay for it if it wasn't cash your card and then the girl when you pull up to the window look at you with the worst look that she could ever look at a person when you're confused as to how they intended for you to pay for something or make an order if they didn't expect you to pay with cash your card I'm confused
