Said only ketchup , gave me pickles mustard and ONIONS mind you husband is ALLERGIC to onions not to mention they look like they were SOAKED in onions, did this intentionally because they were about to close. So we couldnt call to complain!

I had a horrible experience with a manager at the drive thru window at 1:15pm. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a large coke. Then I had a code which it was order a pop and get a free medium fry for free. It was a simple order!! She insisted that we had cookies which we did not order. She told me that they overcharged me by $2.00. She was also saying that we had ordered a Powerade blue and a medium coke. We didn't order a large Powerade!! I had ordered a large coke and that was all. Then she started arguing with me and yelling directly at me!! I tried my best to explain it to her however she just was set in her mind incorrectly and on the receipt incorrectly, finally she just asked if I wanted my money back. I said YES please just give me the 2$ back and we will go somewhere else. The next thing that she did was open the drive thru window and give us cookies!!! No refunded $2 that I was overcharged for!! No pop at all. We just left and I thru the cookies in the backseat of my car!!! I now can't eat anything as she ruined my appetite completely. She kept my receipt for the food as well. I just had the worst experience EVER at this McDonald's. I would rate it no stars if that option was available. That manager needs to be fired!!! I still am so angry that I am shaking! She is awful and should not be dealing in customer service at all because she doesn't know how to be respectful and treat the customers. Never going here AGAIN and if I were you I am warning you to take the business elsewhere. Poor poor rating and a poor review! Come on now a manager of this restaurant should be apologizing to me for treating me this way! In the end we left this McDonald's location overcharged, no large pop, and some damn cookies. The order was all wrong from the beginning with the lady placing the order incorrectly Taking my money elsewhere but now I have to buy a drink again even though I already paid for a pop! I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this location! Praying for that manager that God will deal with her in His own time! 🙏 That's all I can do about this situation is to leave it in God's hands and try my best to calm down...Peace out! Heather

The people are really nice but it can take a while depending on when you go if you see any food quickly. The drive through is less than desirable. The place just seems like its due for an upgrade. But food is usually hot and they have not messed up my order yet. And will someone please fix the frappe and shake machines.

Dude the McFlurry is a scam. I ordered a Regular as opposed to a Small and Small cup barely filled to the top. Plus when I am in the drive thru why do I always have to park and have them bring it to me it takes the fast out of fast food.
