This resturant will go out of their way to mess up an order. I have never once ordered from here and it has been correct. But today is a step above the rest. I orderd a standard sausage egg mcmuffin - no modifications and the sandwhich...comes loaded with onions. Onions are not even on this sandwich! How incompetent does this locations staff have to be - to get such a simple order wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst McDonalds in Omaha.

Placed a mobile order at approx 3:25pm, Saturday, September 6, 2025.
Order included a quarter pounder, double quarter pounder, and big mac. Was instructed to pull around to drive thru wait spot, as they said they were make a fresh double quarter pounder. Got home, double quarter pounder was fresh, big mac was OK but falling apart and had very little sauce on it. The quarter pounder was DISGUSTING! The burger was cold, over cooked, dry and very tough. In addition, the quarter pounder was soaking in big mac sauce, along with the usual toppings. Do you care or even have a process to ensure quality and to ensure an order is correct? The quarter pounder could have been sitting around for hours from a returned special order or an assembly mistake. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around how you can cook fresh burgers for one item, yet have what should have been a trashed burger for another item in the same order.
I really would like a response that includes an explanation.

My grub hub order was taken by someone else. So when they were asked to remake it...they scattered egg shells in my sandwich, ans skipped the extra breakfast sauce on my daughter bagel sandwich. If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on someone who had nothing to do with the mistakes of others...

I am a fan of the old school McDonalds interior so the new style is pretty bland and boring. The food was hot. Got the Adult Happy Meal. It was a little pricey but I enjoyed the nostalgic theme. The shake was delicious.

Filthiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Literally clumps of mud all over the floor, dirty and food covered tables. The drink station was an absolute mess. Trash cans overflowing, ketchup all over the counter, absolutely gross looking. Came here at 2pm so there wasn’t a big rush or overly busy.
