This McDonald's is located in NW Omaha just Southwest of 168th St and West Maple. Very nice and clean, including the restrooms 🚻 👌. Basically the standard McDonald's menu items 👌. Friendly and helpful staff 👍 very courteous 😉 . The only slight drawback is access. But well worth the little extra maneuvering 🚗 Today I tried the $5 value meal 😋 👌 🍔🐔🍟🥤 it will fill you up 👍😉 plenty of parking available and wheelchair ♿️ accessible ramp👨🦽👩🦽

Do you want consistently great food? Food that meets your expectations of being hot, fresh, and consistently high standard you remember from McDonald's when you were a kid? Well if so, I don't have a good recommendation for you, because it's not this place. I'm not sure how you deliver genuinely cold deep-fried products like nuggets and fries. I love when I can tell a burger is about to be the most disappointing food item you've had in weeks the moment your fingers grasp it in the bag. Dense, hard, unforgiving bun waiting for you under that wrapper, gently holding shriveled meat patties that have been in a malfunctioning warming tray for hours before you pull up to that drive-thru speaker, and structurally sound cheese slices who never had a chance of achieving melty goodness. I know it's foolish to expect gourmet food from a McDonald's, but some locations really struggle to meet the low low bar of mediocrity that has been set. Hope you've got an air fryer at home to thaw and resuscitate your fries at least or you're gonna have a bad time here. Drive 5 minutes in any direction and try a different McDonald's location. Your mouth still won't thank you, but at least you increase your odds of palatable food that's been made within the past hour.

Got the Minecraft happy meals for the kids and they are still playing with the toys after 3 days. This place is always quick through the drive through and the staff is super friendly.

A few times our order was wrong but when I went back in to get the order corrected they were apologetic and nice. This is why minus a few stars for service. Otherwise great location.

Closed at 8 pm without any signs or indications they are closed. Still accepts mobile orders to take your money. This is during a large power outage where people are desperate for some warm food.
Said they were giving us the pokemon toy but gave us lightyear toys instead with out warning. My kids and their friends were crushed when they all got the same toy and it wasn't what they were promised by mcdonalds.

Wow. Ordered breakfast at the drive thru and were told to pull forward to get our coffee. 2 small coffees. We waited for over 5 minutes, ended up going in to get the coffees along with 3 other people that had been waiting for drinks in the pick up line. No one inside was doing drinks and no one seemed to have a clue that customers were waiting for their orders. Get it together!!!

Drive 🚗 up window. My complaint is that they say, / buy one at full price double cheeseburger And get 1 for a dollar. I did not get the second cheeseburger for a dollar. But instead, I was charged a dollar for the French fry... And full price for the second double cheeseburger.
