This place doesn’t deserve customers they way they treat and act.. I asked for sauces for my nuggets at the drive thru box , asked the lady at the window and gave her 5 bucks to ensure I would get more than 1…. They gave me none….. I called back and they said I can inside and grab some ?? Yeah go behind the counter myself? Why the hell can’t they just do their job ? This is a consistent issue and won’t be going back

Ordered online thru the McDonald’s app they messed my whole order up cold fries missing food watered down drinks I called to just let them know hey you guys messed up but it’s ok they put me on hold for 20 minutes you can request a refund thru the McDonald’s app terrible customer service 2/10 don’t recommend DO BETTER PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEY MONEY

This place was disgusting. I walked in with an appetite. And by the time I got my food I didn’t even want to eat. Ended up going to my car to eat it. Not a single table was clean. Floor had food all over it. Trash everywhere. Pop all over drink station. I put “for here” on kiosk. They brought it out bagged up. (Which worked out for me ig) 😂

When someone orders an item “without “ whatever condiment they request to not be placed on the meal it does not mean take the meal off the rack and remove said condiment. It means make the meal without said condiment

Its McDonald's...update 5/27/25 at almost 9pm, ordered what is in the pic. The manager brought us our food...didn't say two words to us. She was walking away and I asked about my drink, she said they are up at the front rudely and walked away. I walked up there thinking she had my dri k up there, but she didn't. Ol’ McDonalds, Well I usually stick to McDonald’s breakfast, and I have to say, it’s one of my favorite ways to start the day. Their oatmeal is fantastic, creamy and comforting, and I can’t get enough of their coffee—rich and flavorful, it really hits the spot. My go-to is the simple egg sandwich with a round egg (no folded egg for me, please!), a slice of melted cheese, all nestled on a warm biscuit. It’s the perfect breakfast combination!
When it comes to their french fries, they are definitely the best out there, but I wouldn’t call them the absolute winner of all fries. To get them at their peak, I recommend ordering them without salt. That way, they cook them fresh, and if you can wait about three minutes, you’ll get that perfect batch. Just sprinkle on some salt afterward, and you’ve got a great side to complement your meal. Personally, I enjoy a fish sandwich or a spicy McChicken with my fries.
One thing I’ve noticed is that McDonald’s has some of the best-tasting soda, with just the right amount of carbonation. It’s a little touch that enhances the meal. Also, don’t forget to use the app to collect points for free food and drinks—it’s a nice bonus!
However, I’ve had mixed experiences with service. Sometimes it’s great, but other times it can be a bit lacking. One area for improvement is the drive-through timing. It always feels rushed, which can be stressful. It would be nice if they could slow it down a bit, allowing customers to safely retrieve their orders without feeling hurried.
Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable breakfast spot, McDonald’s is a solid choice!

When I asked for help with an app issue, a staff member was unhelpful and dismissive. I was then ignored when I requested to speak to someone else. This is a recurring issue at this location, and I will not be returning.
