Could not get our order correct! I told her we had 5 orders and 5 drinks. I went over it 3 times, and even when I corrected her, she still input it incorrectly, and overcharged us for apple slices. We checked our order at the window, holding up the line, and we were missing a drink, and they didn't even add the additional apple slices we were charged for.

I ordered a Filet-o-Fish Meal on the drive-thru, but when I got home and opened it, I found a piece of beef instead of fish. I called back and a person claiming to be the manager said that if you ordered fish, then it must be fish. The tone and attitude were not very friendly. She asked me to bring back the wrong burger to prove that it was a mistake and then they would exchange it for the correct one. I explained that I didn't have time to drive 20 minutes back and forth.but I could sent them a photo as proof and asked for a credit instead. She said no!What I want to express is that I can understand mistakes like putting the wrong food, but the way this so-called manager handled it was very unprofessional. It's a disaster for the development of the restaurant.

Cold food that tasted like it had been sitting around waiting for me to order it and that was way better than the attitude of the person that took my money.
Mobile Ordered my food. Server brought out the food with the drink covered in soda. The lid wasn't properly closed either. I got soda pop all over my side door. She says I can just used the napkins in the bag to wipe it. The food should not have came out all sloppily with drinks all over the outside to begin with.

We came in right as they were closing. I know, annoying. They let us know they were closing but we could still sit and eat. My family and I hurried up and we got out of there. We were in such a rush to get out of their way that we forgot my grandsons toy. My daughter ran back inside to grab it and she had to bang on the door because the doors were locked. The janitor looked at my daughter and continued sweeping. Finally the manager came over to open the door and he rolled his eyes, had an attitude and told my daughter to hurry up. Yes, I understand they were closed and they wanted to get home but there were still people in there eating. They didn’t need to be so rude.

Rude workers (except for the friendly morning staff) and stale food. I know working food service is a thankless job (I did it for six years) but a simple “hello” is not that hard. I feel like an inconvenience every time I come through after 10 a.m.
