Spent 50.00 for food and when i called to have items are replaced I would totally only have two days to come back and pick it up. I was gonna come back and pick it up the same day. I said no I wasn’t and they were rude and disrespectful about it when asking for the name of the employee, I spoke to she refuse to give me her name. Manager did not speak enough english to understand and had to get another employee to translate for her.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery, waited an hour and when I called they hang up on me twice. Hire better staff that want to work. If my kids didn't love McDonald's I would stop coming all together. Please do better otherwise id close this location like BK accross the street.

Why would your worker put two hot coffees in a bag so that it can spill all over myself and my car and then tried to blame it on me saying that I tipped the bag?!?!? Common sense should have told you to put two hot coffees in a drink carrier without a bag!!!!

I ordered a frappee and it came looking drank out of it , I called and when a employee answered ( a young man ) I told them my situation he said hold on and after a few second he hung up on me then I called back they didn’t answer used a new number a young lady answered I asked for a manger and she left me sitting on the phone , HORRIBLE service , very disrespectful , and need to be fired .

This was a busy Saturday night right at dinner time and despite the rush in drive thru the chicken taking orders and working the window was the BEST! Wish I knew her name bc she had the line moving fast, food was fresh and correct, and efficient!

You got one person actually working taking my order getting my food and handing my food while six other people stand in the manager's office talking. Was sitting at the first window for 5 minutes while they stared at me until I drove to the second window where the only employee working helped me.
