First time ordering on the app and neither of the breakfast meals had the hashbrowns. Emailed McDonalds and they stated it was the delivery companies fault, which is incorrect as the bags are sealed when delivery picks them up.

I now remember why I don't eat food fast anymore, at 0230 I was looking forward to breakfast from them but the dinner menu ended at 0400. Instead it was the Big McJoke, cold, hard patties, lots of bread, brown lettuce, maybe a pickle, and lots of disappointment.

I ordered a curbside pick up this morning it was about a ten min drive to get there and I assumed my order would be ready so I pull in place the number stall I’m in and begin to wait for my order…. I waited about 25 mins before I went inside because no one had brought my order out so I than go inside and no one helps me until I said can I get my order… usually there pretty good but today i don’t know what the issue was considering there wasn’t a line inside or at drive through

Bald man in green shirt very loud and very rude. Complaining about our order to the whole store and crew about the amount of sauce we need paying for extra sauce one the kiosk was not an option. Then We proceeded to get our food and he gave us some sauce and said I gave you two of each cause I don’t think you need all that. My mother placed her OWN ORDER FOR HER AND HER LITTLE 2 and received no sauce . The fries were crunchy and hard but the burgers and nuggets were great

Spent 50.00 for food and when i called to have items are replaced I would totally only have two days to come back and pick it up. I was gonna come back and pick it up the same day. I said no I wasn’t and they were rude and disrespectful about it when asking for the name of the employee, I spoke to she refuse to give me her name. Manager did not speak enough english to understand and had to get another employee to translate for her.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery, waited an hour and when I called they hang up on me twice. Hire better staff that want to work. If my kids didn't love McDonald's I would stop coming all together. Please do better otherwise id close this location like BK accross the street.
