They never get an order right. Sometimes going as far as intentionally getting it wrong and then arguing with the customer. In no way does "no onions" sound like "put onions on the top, bottom and between the layers of cheese on my burger."

I hate to admit I come here a few times a week. Morning staff are always nice and friendly. If you go during lunch they just open the window, collect your money and that's it. No hi how are you or anything. Then go to the next window where they hand you your food and don't say a word. Last time they forgot my nuggets and I didn't even want to deal with them so I just left.

Order three of tue same thing. Said it theee times. Still on the display wrong. Pulled around to pay. Told the lady I ordered three not two. She just took my money and gave me the receipt. Next window , he didn’t throw the food at me, but he wasn’t even looking at me. He was talking to somebody else the entire time kinda passed it to me abruptly. Not a good look.

They leave your order that is ready on the kitchen counter behind the mobile pick up counter. WHY EVEN HAVE A MOBILE PICK UP COUNTER? And then they'll take care of everything else while you just stand there looking like a dummy until they acknowledge you. I should've placed my order at another mcdonalds

Awesome McDonald's no complaints to ve had here .
Parking: It's just in a rather odd area never-ending the businesses behind them I'm sure it there was better access they'd have a lot more business but they still get their fair share and the parking lot is usually empty.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a door for handicapped access though I don't imagine a lot of people using it as this McDonald's is rarely occupied rather they have a huge drive-thru presence.

Ordered for outside pickup late in the evening. Order went through. Waited outside only to find out curbside pickup wasn't available. Had to go through the drive thru to get order. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to know when the order was placed.
