Tried chicken strips 2 of the 4 were taw and or flexible as rubber and couldn't break apart this food made me now want McDonald's again.

Rude young lady on the intercom would go silent and not speak at all and had snappy remarks when trying to tell her to correct The order had absolutely no patience shouldn’t be on the intercom at all lady at the window had Better attitude overall

so I just went through the drive-through there was a girl that was Spanish with black mascara on the sides of rice. She was the one listening in or at least I think she was because it sounded like her when I put my order in. All I want was a large fries and to make sure they were hot and a cheeseburger I said to her please make sure that the fries are hot only because I’ve been here before and they give cold fries out. Well will you know you think I would’ve checked after she said to me OK I honestly thought she heard me why would you say OK after I said can you make sure the fries are hot? She didn’t say a word to the rest of the staff. I know she was ready to get off work come on guys your fries are almost 5 dollars. This is a job to you, but this is part of our wages. We just want our fries hot can you not just do that please?

The employees @ this particular location are outstanding, in my opinion :) They're always super friendly, provide great customer service and the food is always on point! I use the mobile app to order ahead & it's always hot, fresh & ready when I get there.

Asked for the minecraft meal after getting it at others, said it's no and told me the others should have not given it to me
Typical McDonald's experience... Only half the kiosks working correctly... Cashiers won't take your order and only ignore you while they speak any language but English.. Absolute morons working there. Order comes out with almost half the order missing. I have to go explain how the simple math doesn't add up when you look at the tray and compare to my receipt. Took forever to get someone to even come to the counter to acknowledge they screwed up the order. Easiest job on the planet (I know bc I did it when I was 16) and they still can't succeed.

Staff is, as always, phenomenal. Food is infinitely less desirable. Impossible to eat my burger because it was slogged with ketchup and every single topping fell out as I tried to take a bite. Chill with the ketchup, it’s embarrassing at this point. Ate more out of the cardboard around my burger than with it. If this is corporate’s fault, I’ll @ them too. Give me a normal gd burger for the love of all that is greasy and unholy. I’m begging you to be at least mediocre, can you do that?

I don't believe I've ever had food poising in my life. Not sure if I just did, however. This McDonald's was the only thing I had besides water all day. Nothing tasted out of the ordinary. 4 hours later, felt weak, stomach making noises. Another hour passes, I'm throwing up this food in the Walgreens restroom. Spent the night running to the restroom coming out both ends. Out of commission and could hardly eat the next few days. Again, I've ate here once a week and never had a problem until three weeks ago. I would recommend giving everything a good clean and go over safe cooking conditions just in case.
