Some McDonald's are hit and miss. Ive been to many McDonald's in my time. This location had someone in training. It was the first time I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed assistance for anything. While the trainee wasn't at a register, I was still greeted. And thanked when I left.This experience is more about the trainee rather than the food. But so far they havent messed up my order yet.

Ordered 3 sausage biscuits and 2 hash browns. Had to pull forward to wait for food. About a 2 minute wait. The staff did get order wrong. We were shorted 1 sausage biscuit was corrected by staff after having to go into store.

I ordered two Big Mac a 20 piece nugget and a McDouble and two large fries I only got the two Big Macs and two large fries I did not receive all my order and paid 39.00 dollars for it all.Abby
Why???Forcing total digital by app or kiosk is a very bad move for this location.They shut the food menu off also so you are forced to use app or kiosk.I definitely started buying elsewhere because and my coworker is no longer going here either.Very noticeable difference in guest. Parking lot is not packed as usual.
