07/08/2025 9:30ish… Employee literally took food out her mouth with her hands. Threw it in the trash and continued fixing fries! Disgusting! I whispered to her that I witnessed what she did and I kindly requested a refund and left. She never said a word just proceeded to give me a refund.

This location never fails to forget the sauces. Never. Ever. So many of my meals ruined because who in their right mind would eat a mcchicken or nuggets with no sauce. Really not that difficult

I always ask for extra sauce and they complain and don’t put all the sauce I asked for in the bag. Half of their employees are extremely nice the other half seems like there is always a problem with them and they don’t like dealing with customers

Where do I begin? Support for the app was down. When I asked if they would still honor a 20% discount deal, the answer was no. Yes, there was an apology for the inconvenience, but there was absolutely nothing done to make it right. Then I had to ask for the two coffees I paid for - those were forgotten. I arrived home to find the syrup for my pancakes wasn’t provided. Finally, there were so many coffee grounds in my coffee. You okay, McDonalds Elkhorn?

The drive through during breakfast is fast and efficient. Today the person manning the speaker said simply: what can I get you. I replied with my order code, then rolled right past the first window with a smile and a thumbs up. At the second window, my food was ready, including my drink. I barely touched the brakes!

They have a giant Free Veteran's Day breakfast sign, yet when I asked for such, I was told their system was not set up for it. When I pointed out their sign, the response was "not my problem." Incredibly poor customer service.
