We are really satisfied with the service here at McDonald’s. Tiana is an excellent manager. there are so many other McDonald’s restaurant could take her advice. She’s very kind and sweet. She looks around for anything and everything that’s out of place and she corrects it. We only come to this McDonald’s in Elkhorn because of this reason and because of people like Tiana.

Placed an order ahead of time, walked in to pick up to be ignored by THREE employees, while my bag of food sat there. I left very frustrated just to realize all dipping sauces were missing add so was one of the cheeseburgers.

It was McDonald's was hungry after I ate there I regretted it
The drive thru lady was very rude and wasn’t accommodating AT ALL! I have seen on the kids meal you can change the apple slices to another kids fry. The lady decided to argue in the drive thru lane. That is absolutely not okay and horrible customer service. Three cars went way before us because she decided to argue instead of helping.

Every time I’ve been here, the food is always hot, fresh and curbside pickup is crazy fast! Inside the cleanliness is obvious as it is fairly new and well cared for. Employees shave always been quite pleasant to me on every visit too!
