Where do I begin? Support for the app was down. When I asked if they would still honor a 20% discount deal, the answer was no. Yes, there was an apology for the inconvenience, but there was absolutely nothing done to make it right. Then I had to ask for the two coffees I paid for - those were forgotten. I arrived home to find the syrup for my pancakes wasn’t provided. Finally, there were so many coffee grounds in my coffee. You okay, McDonalds Elkhorn?

The drive through during breakfast is fast and efficient. Today the person manning the speaker said simply: what can I get you. I replied with my order code, then rolled right past the first window with a smile and a thumbs up. At the second window, my food was ready, including my drink. I barely touched the brakes!

I went through the drive through late as I had just gotten off work. I ordered a mcchicken plain with nothing on it and I got a regular mcchicken with cheese. Someone obviously was not listening. I waited 35 minutes to order and get the wrong food. I was not impressed.
