David wasn’t very rude and off putting, the rest of the staff were great and attentive. Seemed to have an attitude, if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customer bud.

They accidentally forgot to add tomatoes to my burger. Chris personally went back and made sure they got it right. I received excellent customer service and I will come back here again.

Literally waited at the drive thru order screen for over 20 minutes no one ever responded to me. Even when I DoorDash here they take forever and a day to get anything done. You’re better off driving across town to a different 24 hour restaurant.
Four years later, and I don’t regret leaving this review, in fact, I am editing my review to include this location consistently gives you the wrong sizes for your drinks or frappe’s and what is even crazier is all of their cups are labeled what size the drink should be. They keep giving me a medium frappe when I order a large and it straight up says it on the cup that it’s the wrong size. Yet it has happened three times now.

I was doordashing to this store and because of the time I had gone thru the drive thru to pick up the order and when I got to the window the manager told me the order had already been picked up by another dasher previously but I called the customer and they had told me that there had not been any other dasher before me on top of the fact that the dasher support confirmed that there can only be 1 dasher assigned to an order, when I asked the manager if they could remake it they said no buremadewere more than happy to remake it after I paid for it. Terrible customer service, would never have recommended McDonald's to begin with. The only thing experiences like this do is solidify exactly why McDonald's is a terrible restaurant company and the people that work there need to learn customer service skills or learn how to be a decent human being.

The McDouble was SUPER over-seasoned. All i tasted was salt and pepper. The girl in the drive thru was very pushy. I had told her to give me a second and she asked if I wanted the $5 meal and started rushing me with adding things. I wasn't even there for a whole minute.
