Worst McDonald's ever man! Ordered on the screen, clicked on the eat here option instead of to go. Waiting 15 min for my food, got it in a to go bag and with half my order missing. I asked why and they said cus they lost the ticket of my order. What the hell. Then after that I asked for a refill and it took 8 minutes to get my drinks. They were just chilling in the counter. Worst place to go. Please review the damn workers and management to make some changes!

Very clean inside of this location. Food was hot and fresh. Everything on the order was correct and came out very quick. Would definitely stop at this location again without even second guessing it.

I was here around 7 pm on Oct 19 Sunday night. I ordered a hot coffee for a long ride home, and they made fresh for me and made it a large instead of a medium for the wait. Appreciate it, guys!

Been living near here for about two months. Went in tonight and ordered a $5 meal and a double cheeseburger meal. My burger came with no patties on it and my wife was missing food as well. No issue, I went back and asked for my food. They had no issue giving it UNTIL the guy who made the food claimed I was “lying”. Yelling across the kitchen and all. Keep in mind 20 seconds before this his co worker admitted that he was under the influence. You were smoking, and claiming I’m lying because you can’t stay sober on the clock? Yeah I’m going to travel completely out of my neighborhood for now on to get my food. Never again will I come to an establishment that has high employees that blame their own mistakes on customers.

The worst experience ever !!!!!!!! I only do mobile app pick up use the same location all the time . The app send my order to SC !!!!! I asked Joanna at the window to help she just keep saying delete the order no help on how to do that on the app!!!!!! Then she said there is a car behind you have to go . Never ever again I will use the mobile app . I am sorry but McDonals at this location is terrible.

If you like Ketchup, this is the place to go. Second time I’ve gone to this location and wow, ketchup lovers unite. They make a double cheeseburger, put ketchup on, then dip it in more ketchup before wrapping it up. The first time I thought it was just a one time lucky event but a month later I got the same burger. How lucky am I’m? I suppose the amount of ketchup being used makes the price tag more understandable. Thanks for being so great at what you do.

Almost every time we come here it takes for EVER to get our food. Even even we’re the only car in the drive thru they always tell us to pull around and we wait 25+ minutes.
One time we had to wait for 45 minutes!! For 2 meals!! It just sucks it’s the only food place open late near us.

We got here at noon on a Sunday. Food was delivered quickly, correct and hot. Restaurant was empty. Every single table was filthy. We planned to sit in and eat but had to leave with our food. Every time we have come on a Sunday at this time it is the same. I kept trying to give them a chance to improve, however they have not. Very disappointing.

20 minute Lobby times.
What a crock, no place to talk to any employee they all hide in the back, no place to fill your own damn drink you get a cup of ice with a shot of soda. There's no way you're ever going to get a refill even though you pay for free refills. And if it's not slow service it's no habla English service.

No counter service, so if you need a refill or when they inevitably mess up your order, you have to walk halfway into the hidden kitchen to get help. These new joints suck, McDonald's. I would rather pay the extra dollar for human help.
