This McDonald’s is on my way to work but almost every time I stop there- they get my order wrong!! I order on the app and Welch plaza McDonald’s just down the road ALWAYS gets my order right/ fast so I will go there from now on and recommend that McDonald’s even if it takes you a little out of your way. The 202 st poor service Examples - meat on the egg McMuffin when I ask for it removed. Carmel instead of hot fudge. Sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. I usually just accept the wrong order because I’ve waited so long for it in an empty drive thru. Today I went back through an empty drive thru to get a hot fudge sundae that they gave to me wrong. they told me go to space 1 and wait?!!! No one was in the drive thru! I wanted 10 minutes and they never came out?! This was not just a bad day or time of day for them it’s so consistently bad that I won’t go back.
Vegetarian options: They put meat on even when you customize no meat.

Idk how hard it is to just give me what I ask for. It's correct on the receipt on the bag but the actual food is wrong. Are the people making the food not even looking at what they're supposed to be making? Are the receipts just for show. It shouldn't be that complicated...

This location was great when it opened and has decreased significantly since then. Tonight I ordered a meal since I wanted something quick on the way home. Started eating a noticed there was paper on my burger. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Great staff, food was fresh. There was a little bit of a line, but it went by fast.
It doesn't seem to matter if we stop in the morning, afternoon or evening but we always have to pull up and wait for our food. Also doesn't seem to matter if it's a custom order for our son or just ordering the meal how it comes, it's always pull forward to the front of the building. Other Mcdonald's don't seem to have this issue. At first I thought it was because they had just opened and I could understand some delay. But it hasn't gotten any better. Also the drive thru staff always seem rushed and annoyed. The food is good and the one positive thing from having to wait is that it's always hot.

Yikes. I’ve been to many, many McDonald’s locations over the years. This by far is the worst. Being brand new I thought it would be better. It’s the only location I’ve ever had bad coffee from McDonald’s - had to toss it. Food is usually cold, cold fries, didn’t give the sauce we selected with the nuggets. I don’t know how a location can be this bad, but it is. I’ll go out of my way to drive somewhere else now.

Terrible new McDonald’s here and at a location that is perfect for me just makes it worse. Always slow with service and drive through and food seems worse than other McDonald’s nearby. The worst thing though is this location will charge significantly more for food than other McDonald’s in the area. EX, hotcakes and sausage here will cost around 6.50 vs 4.50 at a McDonald’s just 2 miles away. There are multiple items on the menu that have a similar situation. Considering how much McDonald’s has risen in prices over the last few years would strongly advise avoiding this location and its subpar food/service and higher prices
