I’m ordered a double quarter pounder plain….. I did not come plain …. I took it back up and asked them to fix the problem ….. they then wiped off ketchup onions and mustard and pickes, placed another slice of cheese over the wiped patty and gave it back to me ….. my wife went up to complain and they made her purchase another sandwich ….. …. Then the worker came out with an attitude with my wife and offered a free ice cream card ….. I’m allergic to onions …. And ice cream desert does not fix the problem

Went in at 8:43 on 3/3/25
Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits, couldn’t hear the cashier because she was too quiet. Order was wrong. I tried calling 3 times to speak to a manager and got hung up on 3 times and when I called the third time I stated I was hung up on and was told “ oh I’m sorry we’re too busy” and hung up.

I even repeated my order to the person who handed me the food and she said it was correct. Sure enough it wasn’t.

Ordered a McChicken with only ketchup meal at this location and got a regular one. I am allergic to mayo and had to go back through the drive through. Cashier asked for the regular one back that I had already opened and touched and “traded it out” for a what I originally ordered. Weird.

If I could give a zero I would. Placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes. I called the store and the manager came out and said I cancelled it which I did not it was still showing on my app in which I showed him. No refund no food so I guess I’m out $6 because of their incompetence?

It is a very clean place and the workers are friendly and do their best work, but the presence of homeless people represents a problem that should be handled by the local police to safeguard the place.

It’s been multiple occasions now where there’s missing food or a drink and when I mention something about I always a rude response and nothing resolved and drive thru employees act if the missing item would come out of their paycheck if they correct the situation.

Horrible service! The order was incorrect.
So, I called them, and the girl who answered was with me in the phone and talking with another person at the same time.
The problem is not resolved! Sad!

Something is always broken. The coupons on the app don’t work at their ordering kiosk or “it’s not working right now”. They refuse to give the discount offered by the app in any other fashion and also don’t provide a reason why.

Terrible service, terrible at taking orders ask me what sauce for 20 PC nuggets yet there's none in the bags.
Asks me to go to spot 5 to wait for food only gave happy meal drink and the smoothie and brings out food WITHOUT THE HAPPY MEAL AND SAYS YOU DIDNT GET IT? NO I DIDNT GET IT . ORDERED AT 552 ITS 615/620 NOW I GO INSIDE AND THEY SAID THEY GAVE IT TO US BUT THEY DIDNT. THEY ARE LITTLE KIDS RUNNING MCDONALDS AND DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE LET ALONE FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. STILL NEVER GOT MY HAPPY MEAL AND NO SAUCE. TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS NOT ATTENTIVE ONE BIT!!!!!!!!!!

Went to this McDonald’s today to get lunch. I want to use my app and use one of the deals for a free drink and fries with the purchase of an entrée which I’d use all the time. The kiosk Messed up so it logged me out and then wouldn’t let me use my deal Now. I went to the register to try to talk to them about it. They pulled the manager up. He did not listen to what I was saying and just kind of did what he thought I Wanted. After explaining to him what deal I was trying to use, he logged it in and then I told him what I wanted. He said he’ll have to manually do it but it’s OK This time.I was asking for a McChicken entrée. I do this all the time with no issue well, I had an issue with my card and I asked him to Take one of the sandwiches off. He didn’t proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t do it because it’s not an entrée. I explained to him that if he went into the system and it would show that it is, it works every time that I’ve ever done it. He refused to give me the service so I got mad and left. Worst experience of my life.
