It's a cool place where I go with my kids to eat fries. The staff is cool, and they don't care who you are or what you look like. I love the place and its atmosphere

The only cool employees are the morning shift man and the elderly woman that works there I went there after already ordering my food on my way there I got stuck in the snow when I got there I was told I could not order breakfast even though I had already paid for my food and I told them that I had even called and told them that I was on my way to get my food and I was stuck And they still denied me service The rudest people that I’ve ever encountered at any McDonald’s I have found hair in my food I have gotten cold fries before And my orders have been messed up numerous of times I would avoid this McDonald’s at all cost!

Food was cold, manager (Sara) was talking about customers in Spanish while employees are laughing and looking at the person she just served. Sara is very unprofessional. Not knowing, people around knowing and understanding Spanish. I will complain to the corporate office regarding this manager.

Stale bagel, onions sliced to different thicknesses so some were burned with others semi-raw. Glad the bagel sandwiches are back on menu but I'd rather you tell me they're out of stock than pay $7 for what I received this morning.

Great McDonald's in the Omaha area. Fast service. Good food. Clean place. The only observation I have is that the ceiling who is leaking after a lot of rain in Omaha the last few days. Otherwise good place to be for quick breakfast or lunch.

This location makes you park and wait. I worked at Burger King for 3 days back in 1994 so I’m sure you’ll agree I am an expert. Back in those days we could keep up with window traffic even though windows hadn’t been invented yet and we had no electricity. Pathetic.
