i have gone here twice, these past few times there was the same old white lady taking my order, she was insanely rude and seemed to not be paying attention, when i got to the window she asked me to repeat my order all over again with the code and all. she was screaming at me over the speaker while ordering and screaming at many other customers.

McDonald’s has lost their quality. Came to this McDonald’s through the drive thru. First of all the service was absolutely awful. The girl working the drive thru Sunday November 17th at noon had no life in her voice which repulses me from coming back again. I ordered fries and got chicken nuggets?!? Maybe if she paid attention and liked her job she would do it right. They rush you in the drive thru and have no customer service. All McDonalds have lost their customer service area in exchange for speed except the food is always WRONG.

Don't like to eat in my car unless I have to so I went inside. 10 minutes later without even a 'be with you in a minute', manager included, I left without ordering. 10 minutes. I could have went to a bar with better service.

Cold nuggets, asked for BBQ and got ranch, burger was cold and tasted like it was reheated and fish sandwich didn't come with cheese. The guy at the window didn't say a word. I asked for the sodas, then was gone for a while, Then gave us diet pop, not regular. I said thanks and he shut the window in my face.
