Expensive Lemonade

Currently waiting in the drive through had to move from one window the next as they had served 3 other cars behind me. Once I asked if someone was there, a girl came on the speaker asking me to wait another minute. I understand it’s busy but I had already been waiting and other people who were behind me were getting their order taken. Once I moved the lady on the speaker was polite but when I asked my order to be modified she seemed annoyed. I understand they close soon and it’s late and I’m sure they’re understaffed but the service was horrible. I hope they can get their staffing issues corrected

Food is always cold. They forget my fires after asking 3 times still no fries. Then they wanted me to back through the drive through to get it corrected. Refused to help at pick up window.Avoid at all cost!!

Worst mcds I have ever encountered! Got order wrong 3 times! No sense in "trying to make it right" if you pay attention or don't listen to the customer. I only encountered 2 specific people actually at least putting real effort. Less than poor rating .

Have had nothing but bad experiences with this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would.Had a mobile pickup order. Waiting 25 minutes before going in to figure out what was going on. There were a dozen customers waiting because they too had missing or wrong orders. Waited another 10 minutes before I noticed an employee taking out my mobile order on a "dine in" tray. I stopped the employee and asked for my food. I was missing half of my order.I then walked back to the counter as he said "he was getting the rest of my order". My food was cold, fries not full, no condiments I ordered for my nuggets, and my order bags were wrinkled apart. My soft drinks were watered down, and no straws.The employees didn't greet anyone, ignored us, no sense of urgency, no direction, no managerial direction, like zombies, no proper food safe Headwear. There was trash all over the floor in the back. After another 10 mins a girl walked up and gave me a bag with my missing items, which were sitting on the counter for the 10 mins.I don't normally expect a refund, but i def would like my 32.00 back please. @mcdonalds

The people that work here don't acknowledge the counter! I, not even joking, stood at the counter for 20 MINUTES waiting on a DoorDash order before I just shouted into the kitchen to ask about it. Not to mention I watched multiple people wait 10 plus minutes on their orders after also barely being acknowledged. Whoever manages this building is not running this store up to McDonald's standards. My order ended up taking nearly 30 minutes to make and I can't even give them the benefit of the doubt that it was busy because it just wasn't. There was only a few tables inside and a few cars in the drive-thru. One worker even decided instead of asking anyone what they needed that he was just going to change out the ketchup at the soda station. What are you doing in there??? Easily the worst McDonald's in the city. Go anywhere else.

I was seeing how the take order and stuff because I’m a review guy for McDonald’s and other companies so I just wish you guys could do better with your people that’s helping as they’re working I’m disappointed but I’m giving you guys a one star hopefully call you again and New rating

My experience here was horrible. Took a couple minutes for anyone even to acknowledge me for my order which initially didn't bother me. However when I pulled up to the first window to get my receipt the cashier WAS WATCHING VIDEOS ON HER PHONE!! She made me wait for at least two minutes before she even came to the window. And then she never even said thank you or anything. I have never been more ticked off. This location is right by my work and I liked to stop there and grab some food and a drink on my way home after a long day. However after this experience I will drive somewhere I can get better service!

I always order through the mobile app but when I go through the drive through to pick my order up I’m always asked to park in a parking spot to wait for my food. I do not like this because a lot of times I’m grabbing food during my lunch break and do not have time to wait until someone bring it to the car that’s why I preorder. I did it the first couple of times and then I start refusing and as soon as I say no I’ll wait right here, they hand me my food. Like what was the point of asking me to park if my order is ready. Smh, it’s really starting to annoy me. And then some of them get an attitude because I don’t want to go park.
