Idk what upper management person was here today but she was literally yelling at the manager and employees in front of customers. And I really do mean yelling. I get employees not being trained to company standards but telling customers that their employees were trained wrong is also really messed up. Please send the person visiting this store to some sort of coaching and privacy training. She has no business being on charge of this store.

Waited in the drive thru for approximately 24 minutes. Had placed a mobile order before we had arrived about 10 minutes before getting there. After getting to the second window finally, the lady working it (Niama) asked if we had a different order. I said “No, we had the order for Chelsea” she then said “we don’t have names on orders because we cleared them.” I handed her a receipt and she then rudely said “That’s what I said” which clearly she hadn’t. We had 4 drinks and had to ask for a drink holder and she rolled her eyes when we had asked. Then after we had left, we realized we didn’t have a 10 piece nugget, any sauce, or straws.

This place has gone down hill in the past 8 years we’ve lived by it. The night crew is always the worst. If they don’t want to work, don’t work there.

I went after a long work shift wanting the snack wrap meal. It was 11 at night and 5 cars in the drive thru. The fry’s were cold and the snack wraps were cold. The chicken must have been preped and just sitting waiting for an order. It was hard and gross. 11 dollars for a meal for it not to even be enjoyable and cold is very disappointing. Please do better

Drive thru always sucks to go through . Lady said please hold and then continue to help the other lane instead of us even though we were first . Had to drive to the window where you pay to place an order. Person at the window was on the phone and it took her like 10 minutes to get my order because after every item I would order she would close the window mind you I got 2 largest and 2 cheeseburgers not that hard
