The food was not made right and then the gm was arguing with another employee that was off the clock and drew everyone's attention.

Messed up my order gave me cheeseburgers when I was supposed to get chicken sandwiches but I was already back in the interstate and was not turning around to get it fixed so I did not eat until later in the day bad service all around

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! Percieved service failures at every separate interaction...
1. The automated drive-through system didn't seem to work well. It kept trying to complete my order after adding additional items that I never asked for.
(Hint: PEOPLE DON'T LIKE AUTOMATED SYSTEMS!)
The 1st window employee said nothing and closed the window when I said "thank you". (Customer Service? Attitude? Manners?)
The 2nd window employee kept impulsively interrupting me and didn't listen to my request, and he seemed annoyed that i requested hot and fresh French Fries, not the cold and saggy fries I was given - even after I made rhis request at the 1st window. He also seemed annoyed that I asked for a drink carrier, even though I was clearly alone in my car.(Again... Customer Service? Attitude? Manners?)
As a prior quick serve restaurant manager, this felt to me as a training issue and a leadership issue.
There are too many other food options to go back to someplace that provides service that seems this horrible.
