this mcdonalds is a joke me and my friends came here to get some food and all in one trip their manager made the biggest deal of my friend getting her large drink then he tried to make me pay twice for my food and then made us wait like 15 minutes for my other friends food and the manager tried to tell her her receipt wasn't valid and it was fake... they had the whole inside of the store waiting on cups they bring your order out without the cups that you could just fill up yourself.. and on top of all of that there store is dirty and they don't know anything about customer service the only thing I've ever seen this mcdonalds do is stand in a circle gossiping and mess up everybody's order.

I had not been inside a McDonald's in a few years. Everything seems to be streamlined to using kiosks to order & pay for your food. I had a bit of trouble finding what I wanted, & would guess that some older folks would have troubles too. I chose to pay with cash & had to wait a while for someone to help me. They bring everything out to you on a tray. You only have to get ketchup packets or a refill of your drink. The table area was very clean & tidy.
Parking: Super busy during lunch hour.

I had a remarkable experience at the drive-thru on 3/2/25 a little past 7pm; the lady who took my order was very kind and took the extra step of telling me about a combo that would save me a few bucks - she didn’t have to & I appreciated it, especially with prices going up these days.
Additionally, the guy working the pickup window was kind and professional.

I told him I don’t use kiosk and he decided to give me a lecture on why they have them. Not my problem and I don’t work for you so I’m not gonna use those. Will not be back.

Ordered off of doordash to get my food, I usually order from 90th because they're fast and I always get my food warm, im waiting 40 minutes and they haven't even prepared my order, I called and they said they were getting it done then, absolutely ridiculous, there are so many bad reviews on this location and I didn't even want to order from here. Shut this place down already.

I had gotten a drink from the gas station prior to going to McDonald’s, I decided to refill my cup which I thought would’ve been fine since I’ve done it before at this exact restaurant. This employee immediately questioned me asking if I was going to pay for it which threw me off since the managers have never asked me to pay before. I told her yes I would since I didn’t know it would’ve been a problem. She continued to watch my every move and glaring at me making me completely uncomfortable, that’s when I decided I didn’t want it anymore so I dumped the drink out. I understand that they have rules and I would’ve definitely payed for the drink if she wouldn’t have made me so uncomfortable. Me and my friend decided not to eat here because of her.

Drive thru is horrible. They tell you to park in a number for curbside pick up but then you can’t park in the spot they told you because other people are parked there. Had to go inside to get our food because it was taking so long when they were not busy and you can tell cause there were not a lot of cars parked outside or waiting in the drive thru. Went inside and saw 3 cars in the drive thru get their food and was told they hadn’t even made our food yet.
