Love the beers, the food and especially the staff!!
Great brewery! Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, brewpub was clean, it's a nice size, and there's a beautiful patio, too. On top of that, the beer was excellent. Their Oktoberfest is one of the top 5 Oktoberfest beers I've had; I was really impressed! Oh, and the food was good, too! The menu is modest, but the quality was there. The soft pretzel was one of the best I've had in a while.
The one and only (slight) downside is that the space is concrete floors with hard walls and open ceilings. When it gets busy, it can get loud. If you're sensitive to that, go when it's less busy, get a table away from the middle of the restaurant, or sit on the patio.
Overall, this has become on of my favorite breweries in Omaha. Highly recommended! 👍👍
Monolithic Brewing is awesome! Great beer, cool atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Always a go-to spot for a good time!
Fun little brewery, great friendly staff and good prices
We stopped for a post disc golf beer at Monolith after driving in from KC. After sitting at the bar and enjoying a few sips of delicious shandy, one of the proprietors struck up a convo with my wife and I. Todd was super friendly, and let us sample the special brew for Jorts Fest the following weekend. Wonderful! Then we were graciously invited to tour the brewing operation. It was remarkable to me that all water is filtered and then has minerals combined back in to mimic water from other regions of the globe depending on what style of beer is being brewed. After learning I was born and raised in New Mexico, I was enthusiastically offered a sample of Hatch green chili salsa they were developing for an event later that month. Also fantastic. If you’re roasting green in house I’m a fan for life. From here on out I’ll be returning for refreshments any time I am visiting Omaha.
oh mannnn! they were having a party for National Hotdog Day so there was a food truck behind the building serving Hot Dogs, and I got the spiciest one possible. it was one hell of a dog. thanks a lot Shane!! 🌭 ♥️

Great place! Shane makes wonder brews! Have local ciders and NAs as well!
Stopped by last night for dinner with my wife. The food is definitely an after thought. However, if you're there to drink beer you might like it.
Awesome owners. Amazing staff. Incredible beer. This place really has their 🦆s in a row.
Beers are amazing, especially the IPAs. The food menu is absolutely killer as well! Atmosphere is great and it's a awesome hangout spot for 1 or 10! Highly recommend visiting and enjoying a beer with Todd and Shane. The bartenders are also very friendly and knowledgeable 🫶
Good service, decent food, beer quality varies from great to not good.
Disappointing that they don’t keep some flagship beers on tap. Their offerings change frequently and they regularly replace great beers with not so good ones. As soon as you find one or two that you love, they come off menu.
Could take a lesson from Brickway (Vanilla Coffee Stout) or Kross Strain (Fairy Nectar) and stick with their good stuff while experimenting on the side. Get the feeling that it’s a hobbyist brewery and not a true business (good for them, I guess).
