oh mannnn! they were having a party for National Hotdog Day so there was a food truck behind the building serving Hot Dogs, and I got the spiciest one possible. it was one hell of a dog. thanks a lot Shane!! 🌭 ♥️
Monolithic is amazing! Staff is incredible! Love the atmosphere craft beer and food they're local and doing things exactly the right way!
We love Monolithic! We’ve been coming for years; always great beer and nice folks. Fun spot for couples, families, and groups.
Fantastic brews poured by fantastic people!
Great place! Shane makes wonder brews! Have local ciders and NAs as well!
Stopped by last night for dinner with my wife. The food is definitely an after thought. However, if you're there to drink beer you might like it.
Awesome owners. Amazing staff. Incredible beer. This place really has their 🦆s in a row.
Beers are amazing, especially the IPAs. The food menu is absolutely killer as well! Atmosphere is great and it's a awesome hangout spot for 1 or 10! Highly recommend visiting and enjoying a beer with Todd and Shane. The bartenders are also very friendly and knowledgeable 🫶
Good service, decent food, beer quality varies from great to not good.
Disappointing that they don’t keep some flagship beers on tap. Their offerings change frequently and they regularly replace great beers with not so good ones. As soon as you find one or two that you love, they come off menu.
Could take a lesson from Brickway (Vanilla Coffee Stout) or Kross Strain (Fairy Nectar) and stick with their good stuff while experimenting on the side. Get the feeling that it’s a hobbyist brewery and not a true business (good for them, I guess).
Great selection of IPAs and decent food. Excellent service.

Love this brewery. The brewers are awesome and of course the beers are great. Pretty good location and the layout is real nice, especially during warmer weather. Good selection of beer that isn’t all IPAs (they are good but you need variety). Need to support local.
I rarely give 5's, but this place I thought deserved it. Went in around noon on Saturday specifically to try their burgers. First off, I tried their Bavarian Pretzel with a pepper jack beer cheese. It was good, worthy of an appetizer for those who choose it. That usually depends on the cheese, and it was enjoyable. The burger I ordered was the Bob's burger with Country Bob's sauce. I was hoping it was one of those special sauces similar to thousand island, but I was completely wrong. It's a mix of BBQ and a steak sauce...and I gave it a shot even though I wasn't in the mood for a BBQ burger. Turns out I LOVED it. Okay, enjoyed it, I'll keep the superlatives to a minimum. Didn't know prior to showing up, but burgers/sandwiches come with chips vs fries. Kind of a bummer, but if I read that I would have known prior. Psst...Monolithic....pssst....roll out some fry options in the future. What else? It's a large place, wasn't crowded when I was there but the Nebraska game was still an hour or two away. They have outside patio, their chairs aren't the crappy normal hipster bar metal chairs that some butts just don't fit in. Service was great...I'll def go back there.
Always good.
Good beer. Nice outside seating. Clean bathrooms.
Come for the beer not the food. The Orange Creamsicle Shandy was really good but the watermelon margarita tasted like an overripe watermelon with a little alcohol. The food was average at best. The atmosphere and staff were very nice though.
