Our daughter told us we needed to check out Mootz and we can confidently say we raised her with good taste! The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going with very friendly staff who answered questions and joked with us. The brick oven pizza is worth the trip alone at a decent price for either just a slice or a whole pizza which if you’re hungry could probably finish yourself it’s so good! We opted to try a specialty Oaxaca pizza slice and a Margherita slice and chose to take home a whole pizza which we learned can be split between slices so we did half Margherita, half Pepperoni. We discovered that they also serve beer/wine which I wasn’t expecting, but was a nice addition to the meal for our stop. If you haven’t been, it’s a must if you’re craving a slice of pizza! Plus you’re supporting LOCAL!

This is the best pizza I've ever had!!! We're visiting from Wisconsin and my maiden name is Mootz so we had to check it out. They are very friendly here and you have to try this pizza!
Me & wife went to mootz and the pizza was pretty good, the only down side was that we saw multiple employees without proper gloves by that being said they were holding the pizza bare handed while cutting the pizzas and then saw one of the other employees cleaning tables with chemicals then went in to the kitchen 1st without washing his hands to help the kitchen staff by cutting pizzas as well, that is very unsanitary and unprofessional when ever your handling food wash your hands and wear proper gloves big red flag in my book.

Nicest people ever serving up the best pizza around. They’re more than happy to mix and match your selections on one pie, or serve it up by the slice. The owner took the time to talk with me while I waited for my order, and he couldn’t have been any nicer. If you’re local, eat here often. The best pizza we've had in Nebraska. They gave us an extra slice of pizza when we ordered. We have a baby and a child with autism. They were very helpful in getting us settled and so we could our experience there. Highly recommend!
Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs and booster seats. We felt comfortable taking our family there. They helped us get the seats we needed to eat.
