Topher was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The bourbon street surf and turf was amazing. I wish I had a mouth of the south back home.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu with crayons. Topher was very nice and accommodating to the kids.

Food was good, not super spicy. I recommend if you get the “ Tour” that you share because the portions are large, too much for one diner.

It's a good thing I live 1,000 miles away, because otherwise I would gain weight.

MOTS Atmosphere and service provided a very relaxing and enjoyable family time before our river park/walk experience. Their live Sunday brunch music entertainment (courtesy of Hector Anchondo, Professional Artist, dot card included) added to our enjoyment of our time together & food.
In addition to the house nachos, the MOTS plates (Meatloaf, Poblano Chicken Melt, Kids Burger & Chicken Fingers) didn't disappoint (albeit not everyone expected the Southern heat). The generous portions went a long way for our crew. We trust you will enjoy your visit as well!

I took my uncle for a birthday meal recently, and I have to say it was the worst meal we’ve ever had. We ordered the catfish and the seasoning if there were any, was completely off. We weren’t sure we were eating real catfish. The menu states you get a whole catfish but we only received a filet, which was misleading. We ordered the crab cakes which had no crab and were completely horrible. Our ice tea had 4-5 ice cubes and was room temperature. My uncle then got the bread pudding and he said it was really good up until he found a piece of hair in it. I don’t normally leave reviews, and maybe this was an off night, but I would never go back, and would
Not recommend. I’ve been to LA so I was really looking forward to eating here. Honestly this restaurant gives LA cuisine a bad name.

WOW! One of the best restaurants I have ever been to! Me and my husband are from the west coast and traveled to Omaha to visit their zoo and we found this gem right in old market. I can not recommend this place enough. Our server was so friendly and attentive and he was on top of everything! Drinks and appetizers were out so fast and so was our meal! We never had to ask for refills because he was so attentive. We ordered three appetizers the crawfish stuffed bread was phenomenal, the crab cakes and the boudin balls which were both really really good! We then ordered the tour of New Orleans and it was also so so good! We loved everything! Not one thing we didn’t just love! The gumbo was definitely our favorite so flavorful and delicious and not to spicy at all! Literally can’t go wrong with the menu! Everything was a 10/10!!!

The food was very good. I had an order of gizzards and mussels. Everything was seasoned properly. The gizzards come with a pepper jelly sauce but I recommend getting that on the side and using it as a dipping sauce or lathering it yourself to ensure you like it. I also dipped my gizzards in ranch. Fun environment and nice decor.

This food makes me incredibly sad...Sad that it's not a Mouth of the South where I live. I had the catfish perdu and boudin balls. Seasoned to perfection! There was not 1 bad bite. I'm in town for a few more days and I will come back tomorrow. This food is really like that!
Are here again. Tried the red beans and rice, crab cakes, gumbo and side salad. No losses here, only wins.

Delicious! All the time! My favourite spot in Omaha.
Service, food and atmosphere in good high level.
Recommend!
Only one thing, we always order mussels plate, and it was really better without sausages. Less ( or none) sausages and more onions will make it perfect
Thank you Mouth of South for making us full and happy!
