My experience was nothing short of excellent. My coffee—a Guatemala brewed in a Chemex pour over—was excellent. I got several refills. The space is combined with a plant shop, although where one begins and the other ends is hard to tell. The style is upcycled vintage (loved the church pew and community sketchbooks) but with a professional eye, nothing thrown together. Finally, the service (by owner Matt) was excellent. Besides being willing to engage with my chaotic early morning road trip energy, he kept the shop humming and left everyone I saw him encounter with an appreciation for positive vibes. Well done. I'll make this place a Must Stop on my quarterly cross-country travels.• There was short term parking behind the building and paid street parking out front. There is a smallish outdoor seating area near the entry and indoor low-top tables to accommodate plenty of laptop users or artists inside.Parking: There was short term parking for a couple of vehicles behind the building near the Holiday Inn Express and paid street parking out front.

I love the atmosphere of bad seed, especially it being connected to Nodest, the plant shop!! The coffee is very good tasting! They offer only a few flavors of syrup because the coffee they make is delicious!

I always enjoy the on-site roasted, delicious coffee at this charming, locally owned business in downtown Omaha. However, there are times when the wait can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. Despite that, the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it worth the wait. Overall, it's a great spot for coffee lovers in the area.

Didn’t eat here. I actually went to the live plant side and was waited on immediately. The lady was very helpful. They didn’t have what I was looking for but she gave me a competitor that could possibly help me out. She was truly awesome. Thank you very much.

I came to this place two days in row. The first day I couldn’t stay and had to go but I was able to chill inside this morning and it was awesome. I got a brown sugar cappuccino yesterday and then a brown sugar latte today. My husband got 4 shots of espresso topped off with brewed coffee. The only thing I would say is the employee today seemed very unphased and emotionless. Which is fine I just feel like he was so serious. But maybe that’s just who he is. He made our drinks great and was polite he wasn’t mean or anything. You need toCome check this place out it’s so cool inside and the coffee is great!
This place reminds me of Denver. Killer coffee made on great coffee gear by cool people. The pastries are amazing and the shop has a great atmosphere. This is all connected to a super fun plant shop that is always a joy to go to!
