I came to Omaha to dine and I found this vegan unicorn located on 24th street and I was so pleased to see and feel the love in the people the place and the food. I would recommend to any traveler

As an adamant non-vegan, I wasn't sure how I would like this restaurant, but I left pleasantly surprised. The ambiance walking in was very earthy and soul-centered. They have a fairly small selection of food items on the menu and quite an extensive list of alcoholic beverages. The owner was working the front, taking our orders, then promptly moved to the kitchen to prepare them. The short staff explains the extended wait. We seated ourselves, all of which are barstools. Going to the wash my hands, I found that the bathrooms are one-person-at-a-time, and you're still able to hear the indie-pop music while you're in them. I came out to a water pitcher at our seating area, infused with fresh strawberry and herbs. After a wait, our food came out, burgers and sandwiches wrapped in old-school brown parchment paper with lollipops on the side. The burgers and "chickin" sandwich were quite flavorful, but the taste and texture of the patty is just enough to take you away from the full-meat experience. The vegan mac and cheese was a bit too slimy for my liking, but the side salads were amazing. We finished our meals and bussed our own tables, buying some homemade vegan chocolate to go. If you're vegan/vegetarian this is the spot for you, and it's Black-woman owned!

I tried the "fish" sandwich and had green tea rice for my side(pictured). I'm still thinking about the rice, it's a must have! My sister had the blue mountain burger and the tsunami salad. I saw reviews mentioning the small size of the burger, but it was plenty of food! I was thrown when water was brought out after I had bought a bottled water, but that was the only thing I wasn't prepared for.

My family had a lovely experience here tonight. The food was outstanding!! You can really tell that they put a lot of effort into making original vegan dishes that are bursting with flavor and color. Creating fine vegan food is not easy, but they hit every mark here! The “wings” they made are by far the best I’ve ever had! With a variety of yummy sauces and a wonderful homemade creamy dill ranch for dipping. Even my 2 year old cleaned their plate. Plus they also own a chocolate shop that offers handmade chocolates and vegan ice cream! You don’t need to go anywhere else to find what your looking for. Plus the owner was one of the most loveliest souls you’ll ever get to meet! They were even patient, kind and helpful when my 4 year old locked themselves in the bathroom by accident and couldn’t get it unlocked with his freshly washed hands, ha! After a few minutes of help we were able to help him out and all have a good laugh. I cannot speak more highly of the people. Try them out! You won’t regret it! I know we can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely love this place! This was one of the healthiest meals I've had while dining out in Omaha, and the food was delicious and very high quality. You wouldn't even know their burgers are vegan if they didn't say it. The staff are also friendly and helped my friend and I decide what to order when we came here for the first time. I highly recommend the blue mountain burger with tsunami salad on the side.
Amazing food. Burgers are the best and sides are awesome. Its our favorite treat when we are in Omaha. Service is kind and accommodative. We also took home the new fish sandwich and it was also amazing even re-heated. A must stop for any Vegan!

This place was absolutely amazing, I visited yes yesterday with my family and the atmosphere is great. The gentleman that took my order was very helpful and PATIENT lol, because there is so many tasty looking options that it is hard to decide on what you want. I decided to try the Naughty Buddha bowl and OMG it was amazing! My husband who doesn't even eat plant based thought it was so good after trying one bite The only thing was was that it was way too spicy for my liking and it kind of took away from the experience a bit, but this was completely my fault since I did not pay attention to how many times the word spicy came up in the description, I seen jalapenos but thought I could just take them off, but if you love spicy then you will absolutely LOVE this bow. Even though it was too spicy for me, it was still very delicious. I will definitely be back.

This diner is absolutely amazing! We were looking for a healthy, affordable all-vegan place to eat for lunch and they did not disappoint. The owners were super friendly and we received our food within 10-15 minutes! They ordered the envy burger, the blue mountain burger, Bajan rice and red moon slaw all for $17, and they were amazing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We will be going each time we are back in Omaha ?

Wow is all I have to say! We stopped here on a mini road trip through the Midwest. By far the best meal on our trip and I may even say the best meal since moving to Chicago last year. I had the Lusty Lotus Burger with the Tsunami salad. So fresh and obviously made with love. Hubby had the Green Tea rice with his Un-chicken sandwich and the rice was AMAZING! If you are ever in the Omaha area, do yourself a favor and stop here for a wonderful meal! Thank you Naughty Buddha Burger Bar!
