I enjoy going here with my family. The owner is really nice and respectful. Today I order some fruit cups and ice cream and one of the ladies rudely rolled her eyes at us when we clearly told her we wanted chispas de chocolate ice cream not the sprinkles. The workers should ask clearly and not be rude to the customers.

I am a frequent customer of this place, everything they sell in this ice cream shop is very fresh and very delicious. I have no complaints about the staff, good service, I have even waited up to an hour when it is very full compared to other places that I have visited this ice cream shop. It's very good, keep it up ? it's worth the cost and the wait. I've witnessed customers who arrive in a bad mood and ask the employees for things in a bad way. In some cases, it's the customers who are in a bad mood ?
Today was our first and last time we will go. I had ordered fresas con crema, elote and mixed fruta. We had gotten a bad batch of mixed fruta and I went back in to tell the lady that the watermelon didn’t taste well. It tasted like soap. The first lady that came out tried the fruit and then spit the watermelon out and went to get another lady that originally helped us. She insisted that it was cut fresh and I stated that well it doesn’t taste good. She then got another lady and tried the fruit and said I just cut it and rolled her eyes. I had asked if I could just get a new one. Walked away all pissed off, Then proceeded to get a new batch and was just completely rude when she handed me fruit. Whoever the owner is all three ladies were rude. Terrible customer service.
