Nick's Quorum is a great throw back to the supper club! Immediately upon entering, the atmosphere is the perfect setting with ambient lighting, background music and just a great feeling. We stopped first for a few cocktails at the bar and Keke was welcoming and fun and provided us a nice history of the supper club - her drinks were classic and tasty. The appetizers ALL sounded fantastic and we ordered too many (Leftovers! Yum!) the Blue Cheese potato croquette and bone marrow pate were our favorites. We had a nice red wine with dinner and the tableside prime rib, filet and trout did not disappoint! Our chocolate cake was the perfect ending. Delicious food and impeccable service! Highly recommend Nick's and I can't wait to go back!

THE BEST PRIME RIB EVER!!! We have been trying places with the best prime rib all over the area for date nights. I was told by a friend to try this location. Best suggestion to date. This was the best prime rib we have ever had. HANDS DOWN! Kris was patiently waiting for us at the front when we arrived. We were greeted by Gus, our server. Both were extremely friendly and polite. The music was a delight (don't forget to tip) and nice way to relax while enjoying our conversation. We started with a few apps that were a great starter. I can't remember the name but the one with blue cheese and buffalo sauce was my favorite. Next came the prime rib and our sides. We topped the night off with the chocolate desert which to this day I still don't know why we ordered it, because we were both stuffed full by that time. But we couldn't stop picking at it because of how delicious it was. We paired that with a nice glass of bubbly (compliments of Rob Sabin). Thanks again buddy for everything. You guys rock!

I've had prime rib all over the country and this was the best I’ve ever had! My husband had the trout and it was also really great too! The service was also fantastic! All around 5 stars!

Nebraska is known for its high quality beef and Nick's Quorum has one of the best Prime Ribs in the state.

If they just sold the crust on the outside out of the prime rib, I would go there time and time again. However they marry it with a perfectly done (how you like it) middle and top it with your preference of fresh horseradish or a creamy sauce.

I don't order steak or prime rib much in restaurants locally because it is easy to get a good piece of meat and cook it at home, but nothing can match this.

If you are from out of town, this is your go to place. If you are looking for a date night, this is a go to place. If you are looking a solid atmosphere and consistent food, this is your go to place.

Go. Now.

I really enjoyed my meal at Nick’s Quorum. I had the breakfast tacos from the brunch menu. They were delicious and the portion size was just right. My server. Nancy was very friendly and attentive.

Delightful surprise. The Short Rib special was… well… special! House cocktails were well composed and tasty. Attentive service. Well worth the price!

No wonder Hiltons own: Nick's Quorum can't get anyone besides the bair minimum to come to the restaurant.
The chefs don't take any initiative in changing the menu for the better and certainly don't seem to want change as far as menu and procedure are concerned.
The "chefs in training" have less experience than cooks in the field (let alone, the cooks currently working in the position at the Omaha hilton, and follow servsafe to the exact procedure, which, while being the perfectionists prodecure, restricts the capabilities of cooks and chefs in the field in ways the consumer can't even comprehend.

If there were more than 5 stars available here I would go higher. The dining experience in Omaha is unmatched. The table side prime rib is like Clubber Lang, it can’t be beat and it won’t be beat. Seriously the service and drinks rival any restaurant you could go to in NY, Chicago or LA. Get the prime rib, can’t miss. Even the broccoli is amazing. This place is like a throwback to the old supper club concept, cozy, fun, feels a little exclusive. It is in the Hilton Omaha, yes, but makes you feel like you’re dining in a penthouse restaurant in Vegas. Chris the manager came and spoke with us on our anniversary and Gus our waiter was amazing. On Saturday nights live music too!

An absolutely terrible experience there Saturday night. Six of us had reservations for 730. We were seated near the bar. First, the live music was entirely too loud. I could not hear my wife sitting next to me let alone the rest of the group at the table. We even asked the staff to have him turn it down and while he did, he went full passive aggressive and sang louder. Second, I want to give our server the benefit of being new or having a really really bad day, but the service was borderline comically bad. It took over 30 minutes to order and receive our first round of drinks. Over the next 2.5 hours, we were asked exactly once about a second round. Second, it is inexcusable to charge your prices and then have staff bring out appetizers and main courses and ask "who ordered this?"!!! This is lazy and sloppy at best. Third, the food was average at best. I sent back the potatoes because they were somehow undercooked despite waiting for over an hour to get our main courses. Fourth, our bills were split between 3 couples and each was completely wrong and had to be redone. The totality of this is simply unacceptable.

Keka was a pleasure and makes the best Old Fashioned I've had in Omaha! The food and atmosphere is phenomenal! We will be back!

I travel every week for work. I am on a large project here in Omaha right now. I have had some amazing steaks. My favorite steak, Prime Rib. I have had some good Prime Rib in my 47 years on this crazy planet. This is by far the BEST PRIME RIB in the USA. Don’t believe me? TRY IT! Thank you for the amazing service and PERFECT PRIME RIB. Five Star!!!!!

Had breakfast here, would not recommend. Food was mediocre at best. I had avocado toast that had really awful premade avocado. Everyone else at the table had lack-luster meals as well. The music in the room was too loud to have a reasonable conversation. Maybe this restaurant is good for dinner, but breakfast does not appear to be their forte.

The best breakfast tacos I've ever had. Service was a little slow. Atmosphere wasn't the greatest. All worth it for the tacos though.
