Barely edible noodles. Pretty clearly had just come out of a microwave. Broccoli had been nuked into oblivion. Noodles were probably made the day before. Kept biting into a couple that were stuck together and were like petrified wood. $11 is a total ripoff. I wouldn't have paid $10 for this if it were fresh and really good.
Gross taste over all. Bitter. Blech.

Service was good, place was clean, it was empty at 5:30pm on a Saturday which should be dinner rush. Now the food, the new menu was very limited. The dishes that my mom and I went there for were no longer on the menu so we tried something new. Neither of us ate our food. It was a waste of money. Probably won't go back. Sad because we liked this place

The food is good and they have a lot of variety, but it's overpriced. Updated May 2025: Giving them one more star. The pasta choices and sauces are really good. The prices still seem a bit high, but I think they've upped the portion sizes and compared to other places, the prices everywhere are high.

I frequently get lunch here and not once have they messed up my order or done a half-assed job, the food is pretty good, but the service and atmosphere is always wonderful.

First time to dine in today. Pasta needs a little bit of taste. Also, please do check empty tables, wipe , and removed crumbs.
Stopped in while on a road trip. Chicken noodle was a light option and was ready right away. I don't go to Noodles and Co. very much, and it seems that they can facilitate such a long menu because of pre-prepared ingredients. So the soup had the same cubes grilled chicken that my husband's pad Thai had. It's fast food but it's decent. The service was excellent and the dining room and bathroom were clean.
