I had to run down to Omaha for a work event and stopped at one of my favorite places to grab lunch with friends. The Inner Rail Food Hall has so many great options for food and is perfect for a group because everyone can grab their favorites and meet together at a table to catch up. I had a rice bowl with veggies and tofu, and an edamame appetizer. Great flavors- the teriyaki sauce was excellent! The edamame was a very generous portion, with just enough salt to make them flavorful without overdoing it. I’ll definitely come here again! My only suggestions would be to add a few more veggies into the veggie bowl and to offer the tofu a la carte. Next time I definitely want to try the veggie sushi roll.

Went to Nori on Sunday and had the Panang with chicken and it was wonderful! It needed salt, but that was fine as I know some people need to go with lower salt, and would much rather have that than over-salted food. The only downside was that it was super slow, and my daughter had finished her meal before I got mine.
