Always a long line for coffee in the mornings. The side register that sells food and sodas I visit regularly. The breakfast burritos are surprisingly good when not sold out, pizzas are what you’d expect…just food, average. I do have one suggestion/ complaint. Make the cooler with the sodas colder, please. That and, add Diet Coke. Note, theres a newsstand that has a Coke machine but for some reason only sells water, c’mon guys. Taking away freedom of choice, step up your game! Prices are high…soda cost me +$5, so don’t think because it’s the midwest you’re getting a price break.

This place is a rip off, more so than typical airport establishments. I bought two lemonades, thinking I was buying an original Scooter’s lemonade. However, after ordering, I saw the employee open a small 19oz, prepackaged bottle of DOLE LEMONADE and pour it into 2 plastic cups for us. This place is highly misleading and a big scam. Our 2 lemonades were more than $8 total, and I instead could have bought 1 fountain drink from this place to get bottomless refills for my husband and I to split for probably less than half the price of what I paid. I could have also gone next door to buy the prepackaged lemonade bottles myself. Don’t go here.

I can echo the recent positive reviews. North Hanger has improved both their service and their coffee. I’m only in this terminal 2-3 times a year but I always get coffee at North Hangar because it’s the only option. Coffee and service have been lousy for the past several visits. I was pleasantly surprised this trip that I quickly received a tasty latte from a friendly server.

It was okay for a drink while we waited to board. Prices are extremely hiked, even for an airport. The bartender was nice, though this is a place where you order strictly from the bar. Not a big deal. Kind of busy at 5pm on a Friday. Also kind of dirty but it's a high traffic area with quick turnover and understaffed.

I’ve never had any issue getting in or out of this side of the airport. Hard as heck to get lost too. Just walk and you’ll find everything that was on the right side of you will still be on the right side because you’ll be going in a circle. Unless you go the other way, but you get it. Water bottle filler over there on the little store side. Easy peasy.

Poor guest service! The Caucasian guy w/ a slight blonde beard working the night of 11/18/22 @4pm is a terrible representation of your company & hospitality in general! Needless to say I’d never patronize this restaurant again. $13 for a small house salad, ridiculous!! If any guest see this guy at the register, just go elsewhere, you’ll be treated as if you are disrupting his phone conversation. He did not have a name tag or else I’d blast his name all over social media.
