My family and I love North Italia. We've been twice so far and each time the food and service has been impeccable. We just went on Christmas Eve and this will be our new celebration restaurant. Our waiter Jaffrey was exceptional. We will return over and over again.

Jaffery is such a wonderful server! Such a pleasant personality and attentive waiter with great suggestions! We loved everything we ordered! The hostesses were so nice and welcoming! Manager Rick checked on us and that was a nice touch too!
Great staff and delicious food!

Excellent food. We went a week after opening and it was quite busy. We did not have reservations but was able to get a seat right away. Good was excellent and staff were all great. We will be back and it's recommend to others!

This place looked awesome but unfortunately the service and food is mediocre at best. First off, we were charged $65 for a $15 bottle of wine. Yes we googled it, I understand a markup but GOD DAMN.

The bread and olive oil starter was ok, the brussel sprouts were good.

The ladies ordered the Ragu and both really liked it. The other guy ordered the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka as they were out of the Bolognese (didn't tell us till we ordered) and said it was about on par with Olive Garden. I myself ordered the Ricotta Cavatelli and it was so bad I actually had to ask the server if I was made the wrong dish. Little to no mint or pepperoncino, the pasta noodles were basically gnocchi and Instead of lemon olive oil with a bit of butter it was pure butter. I had informed her I was lactose intolerant but I could handle a bit. Yeaaa my stomach is killing me now. There was no salt or pepper on the table and we were never offered any Parmesan. The lady manager made a pissy face when we asked her for some and took over 10 minutes to bring it.

The main manager did end up comping my dish and offered us free dessert to help make up for it. We declined as we had waited so long every step of the way for service and just wanted to get out of there.

For the prices charged here, the food quality and service fall drastically short. I will say the inside is very well put together though.

Tried to make a reservation for lunch. I asked if the times were open on the date I requested. Answer: yes, should be no problem. Great! But when I said it was for 9 people I was told “sorry, we don’t do reservations of that size because we are new”.

That is ridiculous! Me and two others in our group waited tables and managed restaurants and catering venues for years and we all found it laughable that a place would turn down a 9-top for that reason, especially since the place is only a national chain that is in a pretty large space as opposed to, oh, say, a hole in the wall mom & pop that takes walk-ins only.

The woman I spoke to gave me the manager’s email address. So I wrote him. That was a week ago and guess what I’ve heard back? That’s right…nothing.

What’s funny is that another person in our group pointed out that we had just eaten in the Phoenix location just the week after Thanksgiving less than a month ago! We chose that place in Phoenix due to a convenient location, but our cousin we were visiting there who lived most of his life in St. Louis and was therefore used to Italian meals at restaurants on the hill warned us the food was just ok, perhaps a B+ on a good day. He was right. Not bad, but not the hill.

Guess I won’t be finding out whether the Omaha location is any better than Phoenix because clearly Omaha doesn’t want the business. So while I can’t comment on the food & atmosphere at the Omaha location, I can comment on the service.

P.S. we had a GREAT lunch elsewhere! Too bad for North Italia’s waitstaff who missed out on a large holiday tip from former servers who appreciate what they do for a living.

The food has so much potential, but unfortunately the management and service make it hard to enjoy. I’ve been multiple times, and despite having reservations, we’ve had to wait 30 minutes or more to be seated each visit. The front area is consistently overcrowded, and once seated, the dining experience feels rushed.

The food was amazing! Service was great! I have no complaints! I did make a reservation because I didn’t know how busy it would be, but there were plenty of empty tables.

We started with the white truffle garlic bread, the flavors are unbelievable! I had the margherita pizza and I made it tidye (pesto and olive oil drizzle on top) and I made it bomba style for the crust (plate with Stracciatella cheese, chopped Calabrian chilies, and Italian herbs). Can’t wait to be back!

Lovely place!! I could tell by walking in it was warm and inviting, and I loved the interior decorating. I also adored how it felt like I stepped into a whole different world and was suddenly in Italy! I can’t explain it, but it all just felt different…
Next was ordering drinks and food. I didn’t know what to get since I didn’t know what was on most of anything, but what I got was the freshest pizza I’ve EVER had. It was the hot honey one, and to cool it off was an orange juice mixture of some sort in the non-alcoholic section, both were delicious! Absolutely coming back and going to be counting down the days. Thanks for such an astonishing dinner! 🍽️

Our first visit was great. Jaffery was our server and was awesome. We had pizza, pasta and appetizer and thought all were very good and fresh. We will be back!

The service was very slow. It was a good 10 minutes before we even got drinks. The food was way overpriced. I had the short rib pasta which had very little short rib in it and was overly salty I went thirsty most of my meal since we didn't get a drink refill until we were done eating. The meal doesn't come with bread or salad and is very pricey.

Phenomenal service and food, but could have used a piece of garlic bread, side salad, or garlic knot (something) with my lasagna. A lot of space on the plate besides the small pan.

First time to dine in yesterday. Please do not assign customers to bar table area if they are petite. Also, let your staff introduce their name before explaining the menu. It was great to try, food was excellent , and the place has a huge space inside. We will definitely come back.
