I love the bundtlets and the cream cheese frosting! The store is clean, bright and well stocked with all kinds of cards, candles, napkins, paper plates... Everyone was helpful and friendly when I picked up my online order.

So- I normally get bundt cakes from this location. I got a birthday bundt on Monday and about 6 hours after- I was sicker than sick. My two kids each also had some and were sick as well. Luckily, it passed fairly quickly- but I was really upset. It was the only place I decided to go for my birthday- and the only thing I had to eat- and it was bad.

When picking up an order we placed online, we realized we placed it for the wrong location. The employees at 168 & Center were incredibly kind and helped cancel the one order and prepare the new one for their location. They were courteous, patient, and worked very quickly to get us our order! Amazing customer service and did not go unappreciated. Thank you!

BEWARE!!!I found two plastic shards in my bundt cake.We got seven bundt cakes to celebrate my birthday with friends. Upon eating mine I had a big surprise when one bite had something hard poking my gums. Upon inspection I found two sharp plastic shards.I called the store and the manager, Amber Steinhauser, was not very helpful. She tried to act like I was to aggressive eating it and must have broken the plastic packaging. I can tell you I was not eating it aggressively and the packaging was not broken. She didn’t seem to want and take care of the situation other than an apology. We finally settled on her decision to send me a gift certificate which never arrived as of the time of this review, one month after the incident.Very disappointed!!!

We got different flavors of the bundtinis and the two 8 inch bundts for our wedding. This location did a wonderful job making and decorating the cakes. They also did a great job delivering the cakes to the wedding venue. Guests and wedding party were very happy with the cakes! We highly recommended this location.
