Worst thing anyone could ever do!!! My purchased a 30lb turkey and wanted smoked. She saw this and asked what I thought and I said yes that sounds good! So we dropped it off and when I went to pick it up to my disappointment they brought out a 6-8 lb turkey. I stated there must be something wrong as this is not my turkey. The young lady went to the back and came out with instructions from the manager to look on both papers which shows our name assigned to #14 and the other did not have our name and showed #14 assigned to a G Cheri. So to make a long story that’s already long enough, my mother’s Thanksgiving dinner was ruined as a 6-8 lb will not feed what a 30 lb would. There will be a lot of hungry people at mom’s tomorrow… shame on Oklahoma Joe’s for ruining a Thanksgiving dinner !!😡😡😡
i ordered the collosal bbq sandwich with a side of beans and my issue with the brisket is that it was dry. I don't like dry sandwiches and brisket shouldn't be tough and dry it should be moist and soft. The beans were fantastic. I may give them another try but with a sandwich and beans costing $18 dollars and i didn't even tip on my first time and I like to tip, they will have to do better for me to continue eating there.

I usually stay away from barbecue places in general because I grew up in south Texas and most places around here just don't cut it for what I consider good barbecue. My daughter convinced me to door dash Oklahoma Joe's tonight, and I have to say I was surprised. The pulled pork was perfect and full of flavor. The mac and cheese was to die for. I think we may have found a go to barbecue place!!

First time here and was welcomed in by the staff in front that gave great recommendations on what they liked, and the Brisket mac n cheese was delicious!

Don't sleep on Oklahoma Joe's. I've been here a few times now. I've tried the wings, pulled pork, burnt ends, and onion rings. All have been delicious!!

Very disappointed. The meat was cold and the portions small. The cornbread didn't come with butter and when I requested some I got margarine. French fries were hot and cole slaw was tasty. Overall, would not visit again. There's more value at other BBQ places.

We dinned in this evening and the place was a ghost town. For a family of 3 it cost $75. Everything was just so-so. I ordered lack luster nachos, cheap concession stand nacho cheese. My husband had burnt ends he said were tough and had no fat- this guy is a meat eater and he refused to finish them. The coleslaw was underwhelming and under-seasoned. Our 1 year old son did enjoyed his macaroni. We had no issues with the staff- the restaurant was clean but $75 for bad bbq? Not likely to return.

Went last night, the ordered one of the combination plates to share, the food was not very warm, seemed old. The ribs were tough, the sausage was cold, the brisket was tough. The chicken and turkey seemed like it had been sitting for a while. The pulled pork was tender, but luke warm. The beans, coleslaw and chip were very good. The service was friendly. The tables needed to be cleaned. I will state that we showed up at 7:40, when they close at 8. There are way to many other option where the food is always good and hot.

Had a great experience with a new restaurant (for us). You do order at the counter and they bring it to you. If you want the full sit down experience it isn't for you. Everyone was friendly. My husband had the special of the day,-pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on the sandwich with coleslaw as his side. I had the kids meal pulled pork with mac n cheese. For a kids meal the portion was very good sized. Both of us enjoyed the meal. I can be picky about smoked meat and don't like a real strong taste. Their meat is smoked with pecan and it was perfect for me. Finished off the meal by sharing the cherry bread pudding with bourbon sauce. Yum!! Visited with one of the managers about making them one of my office weekly orders for meetings and they were confident they could meet our requests. She visited awhile and offered us some burnt ends to try. They were phenomenal.
We will be back and highly recommend.
