Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I didn't online order just in the to go pick up online it says that I get four orders of bread is I ordered a $70 pickup. I received one order of breadsticks and one pack of silverware. I called in and told them that I we're supposed to get four packs of breadsticks and if they could give me more silverware as I had several meals. After waiting another several minutes they brought me out one more pack of bread and one pack of silverware.

We love the Soup and Salad combo! The soups are always delicious -- plenty of ingredients to satisfy my hearty appetite. It's great to choose from 4 tasty options. I generally start off with the Chicken & Gnocchi -- so good! My wife starts with Minestrone and I taste hers before proceeding to the other options. The House Salad is great too!

One star deduction because service was somewhat slow. They were out of the Chicken & Gnocchi and had to make it. But we weren't told until we asked about the delay. Not a big problem because I can start with Pasta e Fagioli and go from there. Just keep me informed is all I ask...

Already a 25 min wait at 5:15 on a Saturday. We sat at the bar and had a great bartender/waitress.
Ordered meatballs as an app, they took forever to come out and were removed from our bill. Entrees took what seemed an abnormally long time to come out, we were told the wait was on the tour of Italy.
Received our food finally and it was a bit disappointing. Portions were small on the TOI and the steak gorgonzola I'd been pining for was sub par. Two pieces of spinach in the whole dish and it obviously died in the window waiting for the other dish. Just warm with sticky noodles.
Can't understand why the place was packed.
