There is nothing like eating a great meal made from scratch. The flavors of the ingredients definitely enhanced the experience. The staff was superb and every detail was covered. What a treat!

For 2pm on a Friday afternoon and 3 tables wrapping up their lunches, you would have thought a 3 top of girls could've been in and out in a half hour...but nope! took us 15 minutes for acknowledgement and to place our order and another 15 for just the drinks. Food was phenomenal, and our server was polite while efficient but the overall impression was poor and I wont go out of my way to return.

Disappointing Experience – Burned Meal and Poor Service

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered the pork schnitzel, but it arrived so burned it was completely inedible—the entire edge and the underside were blackened, dry, and hard as a rock. I could barely cut through it with a knife. The pan-fried potatoes served alongside were undercooked and lacked any real seasoning. Honestly, the schnitzel should never have left the kitchen—it was clear at a glance that it wasn’t fit to be served.

What made the situation worse was the lack of basic service. Our server never came by to check on us or offer a water refill. When my husband finally flagged him down to complain about the burned food, the server directed his response to him, not me—the person who ordered the dish—asking if we wanted it recooked. We declined; at that point, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable eating anything else from the kitchen. He took the plate away without a single apology, and no manager ever came over to check in. I can only assume the issue was never communicated beyond our table.

To top it all off, we were charged full price for a meal I couldn’t eat.

It was also very hot and uncomfortable in the restaurant.

The server never presented a bill. He came with a handheld device and just asked for a card to pay. Very odd and frankly, pretty rude.

We were nervous it was empty at lunch time, now we know why.

This was a really disappointing experience from both the kitchen and the service. We won’t return.

Food was wonderful, I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was one of the best I've had in years. My partner had the gnocchi with a piece of fried chicken he thought needed a bit more seasoning/flavor but overall the experience was Great for a first time. Seemed quite for 830pm on a Friday but that was probably given due to the CWS..

Our server was wonderful as well.

Would not recommend - everything was overcooked and service timing was poor.

Pork Tenderloin was so dry it was hard to swallow
Salmon was overcooked
Kids Macaroni and Cheese was pasty

Nearly all of our food was left on the table
If I cooked this quality of food at home it would go in the trash
We picked up fast food on the way home

The patio was decent, but every table we tried to sit at was wobbly.

Mushroom swiss burger was okay 👍 & service was okay & Atmosphere was good.

It was the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We waited a long time to order our food. We were never checked on again once we received our food. We had to flag down a different server to ask for a spoon for the soup. We sat with empty drinks the entire time. Then I had to go find somebody to get our check. The waitress would not come to our table unless we flagged her down after waiting 15 minutes patiently.

I showed a coupon and she tried to get me to pay without printing off a bill for me. When I asked for a bill, she asked why I needed it and I explained I wanted to see the breakdown. Then she showed me the breakdown on her handheld kiosk, and it did not apply the coupon that I had showed. Just a terrible experience. We will definitely not be back.

The food was okay but not good enough to be worth it for the awful service provided. This was our second time trying and same experience, so it wasn’t just a fluke.

I came in for lunch with my one-year-old and had the most wonderful, relaxing time – yes, even with a little who skipped her nap! The staff did not give me the side eye while I was calming her and fixing her bottle – they brought over toys and were super nice, which meant a lot. The meatballs were amazing and a good portion to share, and the chicken blt salad was tasty and HUGE. Will definitely be back next time I am in town!

Kid-friendliness: Quickly grabbed a high chair for me, and brought over toys when my little one had a few minutes of fussiness. Taking the baby out alone is pretty daunting, but the staff made it so easy and enjoyable!
