If you aren’t there early there will be a line out the door. Better have your cash and your order ready to go because they don’t play. Donuts are legit tasty. They don’t really have parking
OMG I thought I was just stopping for donuts at 8am. Instead, I found myself waiting in line with other pilgrims. Apparently, Olsen Bake Shop is a local legend. Staffed by grandmas making the best donuts (and Bismarcks and cinnamon rolls) ever. Worth a detour. Get off the freeway and go.
Best donut shop in Omaha! This includes their kolache’s, pecan rolls, and melt in your mouth glaze donuts. We have been going to Olsen’s for 15 years, we drive 20-25 minutes across town because it’s the best, and it’s always fun to chat with Deb!
