It was fine. For the price, I expect my steak to at least be salted. At a Nebraska steakhouse , you better be cooking a perfect steak because there are so many places that do.
I ordered the Chilean sea bass and was disappointed in the flavor and presentation. It was the fish with a white sauce on top. And the fish was a bit too fishy for me. My husband loved the T-bone steak. I tried that and it was very good. We shared the bread pudding and that was a hard no as well. If you like the texture of dense banana bread then it's probably something you would like. We were hoping for the breads saucy numminess. Its flavor was good tho. Everything else was good. Our server was kind and comped our fish and dessert. The hostess who sat us seemed very bored and emotionless. Maybe she had a bad day.
We have been there many times. Never disappoints. Steak done perfectly, high quality beef and excellent cesear salad.
The steaks were absolutely the most amazing!!!! The environment was nice and service was excellent.
Best steak i've had in the omaha area!! Prices are a little steep but you definitely get you moneys worth with the taste!
Great place for a family dinner! The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back!
Came here because a friend was visiting, and it turned out to be a great choice. The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain some dishes to us, which was really helpful. The crab cake was so good! Everything we ordered tasted great. You could tell the place has been busy lately, but they still paid attention to us the whole time. Recommend here and I totally will come back again
At CWS and was taking a friend for a good steak. Picked here based on proximity to team hotel. Very cool atmosphere. Old town. Got to our table and ordered. There was a group there but not really busy. Got our salads and within 3 bites the steaks came out. Not good. My med rare steak was medium well. The truffle oil potatoes were so dry you had to add butter to eat them and the brussels sprouts were more candy than sprouts. I suspected they were assembly line cooking rather than cooking a specific meal. My friend was half done with his meal before I could flag my waitress and send back my filet. A new filet appeared in about 3 minutes. Assembly line. You would expect great meat in Omaha. While the second steak was medium well rare, it was very stringy and full of sinew(fascia). Like a Golden Corral cut not prime Omaha meat for over $50. I never got a water refill and no one checked on us to see if the second steak was good until the bill came. Out of there under an hour having felt rushed. I hate to rate anyone’s business poorly but the experience was over $200 for 2 people, 2 entrees, 2 salads and 2 sides. No alcohol. For that price one should get great atmosphere, great service and a great steak. The atmosphere was good however.
Great service and portion sizes, but the food was not good. My steak had more gristle than marbling, and the hashbrowns had an overwhelming amount of butter.
I was visiting from another state. Wanted to get a nice meal, but very disappointed. I make better stake and scallops on my grill. Staff were good and service was ok.

One steak was perfect but the other was overdone. It was very noisy. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful.
Real enjoyed the food and service. There were three of us and we all loved the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommended.
When we arrived, the outdated smelly carpet turned me off then we realized they were working on the plumbing right on stairs and that was actual waste we were smelling. We get upstairs and were seated outside (probably to be away from smells)where it was way too hot. We went inside. It was an early dinner so there were literally only 2 tables with patrons. Waiter was good at first. We each ordered a drink. Mine came and wasn't what I ordered but it tasted OK so I didnt even mention it. We enjoyed the crab cakes appetizer. He asked if we wanted another cocktail and I said no, he got a look on his face and could tell he wasn't happy we werent adding to bill. Downhill from there. Our meal came and I realized I ordered the wrong sauce. The waiter never came back to see how our steaks were cooked etc...We were hungry and my steak almost gone by time he bothered. The spinach was disgusting with zero flavor whatsoever. Very disappointing. We got bill and saw he charged us for the double spinach even though I specifically ordered single . I asked him to remove it AND the sauce since I had ordered wrong one and he never came back so I could get other one. He was annoyed. He came back and dropped bill, saw my husband had cash in hand. He walked away and didnt come back. There were NO people . It was ridiculous. We look at new bill and he DELIBERATELY put a single order of spinach on then deducted and left the $29.90 charge of full order on bill. We literally sat there FOREVER waiting for him to come back!!! Finally he got EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTED. My husband put down the bills and we left. We lost$30 . My niece lives in town and I would NEVER go back to this restaurant, ever. Very overrated with staff as old as the carpet. Extremely disappointed.
The steak wasn't done to my liking, for the price would have liked it more ideal. Also, our table was super close to others so we're not able to have an private conversation.
I made my reservation for 1730 hours on a Monday, so it was not busy at all. I ordered the beef tenderloin medium rare, Oscar style, and it came out perfectly. The Bleu Cheese potatoes were excellent and did not have the sharp flavor of Bleu Cheese that you would expect. It was like scalloped potatoes, creamy and mild. I was the only customer at the time, so the service was outstanding. It may be different on a Friday night when it gets busy and noisy. I highly recommend this restaurant. I went by myself and still had an enjoyable time. Will go again if I make it back to Omaha.
