Short wait staff. Meal lasted over two hours. Sold out of a popular wine by 6:30. Continually waiting on stuff and needing to ask for coffee and water. Been there several times and the quality has really slipped!

When you're looking at a $300 dinner, you expect to be a bit wow'd—and unfortunately, we weren't. While the food was good, it didn't quite justify the price. Our waiter was kind and attentive, but despite explaining it was our anniversary and that we wanted the evening to move at a slower pace, we were repeatedly asked if we were ready for the next course, and once we said yes, it arrived almost immediately, making the night feel rushed. The restaurant was also uncomfortably cold, with no way to adjust the temperature—we ended up wearing our jackets over our legs throughout dinner. On top of that, an item that should have been removed from our bill was still there, and I had to point it out myself. Overall, for the cost and the occasion, the experience fell short of expectations.

I'm not sure I can say enough good things about Omaha prime!! The food was incredible, the drinks were perfect, and our waitress was one of the best we have encountered. She had clear input about everything we questioned, descriptions of things were so accurate and we felt very well cared for in our dining time. We will definitely be returning to enjoy again!!

Service was not great. Waited 10 minutes downstairs for someone to come take us up for our reservation- finally just walked up on our own. Waiter came and took drink orders but after some time- manager came over to take our drink order again. He ended up being our server. Food and drinks took forever to come out. Food was good but very pricey and not worth the price in our opinion. Probably will not return.

I heard about Omaha Prime from a business acquaintance and finally had a chance to visit. As the restaurant name implies, all of the steaks on the menu are prime grade beef. The NY strip was one of the best steaks I've had in the past few years. Terry provided excellent service, and the entire experience was well worth the wait.

Oh my goodness! This was such a great place! The food was excellent! The service was impeccable and the Moscato was awesome. Justin our waiter was outstanding. He was so attentive and always concerned for us. Lewis the manager was outstanding and we so enjoyed speaking with him. I'm so glad I chose this place for dinner. I will be back. Thank you for making my dining experience memorable!

Loved our Tomahawk at Omaha Prime. We also enjoyed the Cesar salad and the French onion soup. Service was top Notch as well.
Two of our 5 steaks were overdone. For the money, the steaks were nothing special. Our server was great.

Omaha was our first stop on a week long road trip with our little dog, Buddy. We stopped at Omaha Prime for dinner, and explained we had our dog with us. Even though it wasn't set up, the host (and our server!) Neil set up a table for us up front and we proceeded to have a lovely meal to start the trip! All the food was delicious! We had the shrimp cocktail, Omaha Prime Salad (at Neil's recommendation) and then some of the BEST steaks we'd ever eaten. All the while Neil was the kindest and most helpful server--he really went above and beyond and gave us the best experience to start our trip!
