Omaha Tap House - Pepperwood

Went here for my birthday and Emily C hooked us up. The food was indescribably good. I had a “full body orgasm” after the first bite of the “spicy chicken quesadilla” and I don’t think I’m even allowed to describe how the “brown sugar burger” was, let’s say really good. Our waitress was also equally amazing and on top of it. She asked if we wanted our burger cut in half before we had to ask, moved us outside, and gave us a box with small lids in it for our sauces. As a past waiter ourselves we were impressed. The atmosphere inside is pretty loud which is my only complaint, but the nice outside seating makes up for it. Best of all is that since I’m part of the rewards program, all of it only costed me $1 plus the tip. Looking forward to coming back.

We were in Omaha on business on August 13; were running late for an appointment, had only a short time for lunch; stopped at Omaha Tap and put in an order. Service was excellent; Brayden M. took our order & explained to the kitchen that we were in a hurry; took less than 10 minutes to get our food to go. Hamburgers were super, meal looked very yummy. Thanks so much! You made our day!

I had the best night last night at the Omaha Tap House in Pepperwood! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was just right—welcoming, lively, and perfect for a relaxing evening. The food was, as always, delicious (I seriously cannot stop thinking about the burgers), but what made the whole experience truly exceptional was our server, Grace.

Grace was absolutely phenomenal—so attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. She made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing, and she handled our table with such ease and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who strikes that perfect balance of personable and efficient, but Grace nailed it.

You could tell she really cared about making our night great, and she totally succeeded. If you're heading to Omaha Tap House Pepperwood soon, ask for Grace—she’ll take amazing care of you. Can’t wait to go back!

we just arrived to omaha after a 8 hour car ride, hungry and tired we sat down and immediately got greeted by her kind attitude, the whole time she was very nice and helped us figure out some things to do in omaha for our week vacation if i believe her name was Alea She was amazing and needs a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had lunch with my family on 7/19/25. Food and service were excellent. My reason for only 4 stars is due to some of the pricing policies. Ordered Onion rings as an appetizer, however if you want a dipping sauce, it's a $.99 charge for a small cup of Ranch. Two of us had wings and also had to pay $.99 each for dipping sauce. Most places include the dipping sauce with the item. The really weird charge was for a cocktail my wife ordered. She ordered a gin and grapefruit juice using bar gin at a cost of $7.00 with an added charge of $1.50 for the grapefruit juice. I have never heard of having to pay extra for the mix added to a cocktail.
