Omaha Tap House - Pepperwood

Awesome spot! The service is friendly, the vibe is relaxed, and the food hits every time. The burgers are great, but the wings are the real MVP. crispy, flavorful, and always cooked perfectly. Add in a killer beer selection and you’ve got one of the best hangout spots in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

Great service. Fantastic selection of beers. Some aged Bourbon County stouts¹ that were amazing. Great burgers that tasted amazing and a side of chili that could have been a meal itself. Will be back

I’ve been to Omaha Tap House plenty of times, and the food is okay. But the way they handle the credit card fee is honestly disappointing.

The receipt says there’s a 3 percent surcharge for using a card, but it doesn’t actually show the fee being added on the total, so you’re left guessing whether you’re being charged extra or not. Either be upfront and itemize it like every other honest restaurant, or don’t charge it at all.

It just feels shady. If you’re going to add fees, tell your customers clearly.

Taphouse is one of the few places that we still think has good qualify food and they may have had a slip up in the kitchen tonight but want to give a huge review to our waiter and management tonight. Never had an issue before but two of our burgers came out very undercooked for the first time EVER and I am totally fine with some pink in a burger. We told our waiter and he handled it so well. Immediately took the burgers back and rushed our new food cooked perfectly. Not only did they cover the burgers but also our apps even though we didn’t ask for anything to be covered. Taphouse has always had our business but after tonight they proved they stand by their standards. I think by the time we were halfway through the burgers at least 3 people stopped by to make sure we were good. That’s some serious customer service you don’t get at many restaurants anymore

Server was absolutely great (and I'm not easily impressed). Excellent selection of craft stouts on tap (especially the heavy and/or barrel-aged kind), including some aged ones - they tapped a 2022 & 2023 BCBS while I was there. The cheese curds are excellent, too.

Great spot! I sat at the bar and they have a bunch of local/area beers on tap. The special was $0.75 wings. I had the buffalo and the spicy Korean crunch. Both were amazing but the Korean ones stood out! Very friendly bartender who did an excellent job with managing her bar. Food came out quick and hot. I will for sure becoming back when in Omaha.

We have been here a few times now and today was by far our best experience. Michael D. was our server and he made some great suggestions for food and drink!
We ordered the Smoked Gouda and Bacon Chutney and the Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Burger. Both were amazing!
