Came in well before closing time. Fresh fruit was at the topping bar. Walked to get my frozen yogurt and back to get my toppings and noticed they began putting the fruit away. I asked for some of the fruit I saw earlier and suddenly they are all out of fruit. Then proceeded to see her clean the trash can and use the same glove to serve toppings from her hand.

They started closing an hour early and even shut off the open sign an hour early, started cleaning and putting seats up. They then started to put the toppings in the back so that they’re unavailable and watched the girl clean the trash can and the counter (which is close to the toppings) with the same rag. Very unsanitary!!!!! She was also cross contaminating the ingredients with gloves that she was using to clean the trash cans with. She was serving people with dirty gloves!!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location unless you wanna get sick.

Was not pleased with my experience. Came in at 8:30pm was told the sitting was already closed when the place closed at 10pm. Both the girls working were extremely rude.

Terrible service. The cashier is rude and unprofessional. They only care about money. They have zero guest relations and zero care for their clientele. I wouldn't recommend spending your money for corporate greed. Honestly the worst experience in omaha. Do not give them your money.

Orange Leaf is a delightful spot for frozen yogurt, and I always appreciate the great flavors they offer. The yogurt is consistently delicious, and one of my personal favorites is the toasted marshmallow—it's a must-try!
However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. Occasionally, the toppings seem a bit old, which can be disappointing when you're looking to enjoy a fresh treat. Additionally, I've noticed that the staff sometimes appear annoyed to be there, which can create an awkward atmosphere. On top of that, the cleanliness of the space could use some attention; I've found the tables and bathrooms to be rather dirty during my visits.
Because of these reasons, we usually opt to get our yogurt to go. Despite these issues, we still enjoy the flavors and keep coming back for those tasty frozen yogurt options.

Im from out of town and saw this place was open, drove 20 minutes got there at 9:10 pm and they were already closed. But the closing time is 10.

It’s 1:49pm and the open sign is on and the store hours says there open but the door is locked and the lights are on inside. It’s frustrating.
For nothing else available in the area, this place is fine. But please let customers scoop their own toppings!!!! That is the best part about the experience.

the customer service is usually lacking i don’t think i’ve ever had someone who’s spoken more than 2 words to me + usually whenever i go there’s literally only one employee available with a store full of people i always feel so bad.. and because of this the place is always so.. so sticky?? the yogurt is always delish tho:)

The lady working the store when I came in was very polite and handled everything with professionalism!
The frozen yogurt was good but I do wish we could put our own toppings on the froyo. Small complaint that won’t stop me from returning. It wasn’t busy when I went so that was good.
Great selection of flavors and toppings. You won’t be disappointed.
