Terrible service. The cashier is rude and unprofessional. They only care about money. They have zero guest relations and zero care for their clientele. I wouldn't recommend spending your money for corporate greed. Honestly the worst experience in omaha. Do not give them your money.

Orange Leaf is a delightful spot for frozen yogurt, and I always appreciate the great flavors they offer. The yogurt is consistently delicious, and one of my personal favorites is the toasted marshmallow—it's a must-try!
However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. Occasionally, the toppings seem a bit old, which can be disappointing when you're looking to enjoy a fresh treat. Additionally, I've noticed that the staff sometimes appear annoyed to be there, which can create an awkward atmosphere. On top of that, the cleanliness of the space could use some attention; I've found the tables and bathrooms to be rather dirty during my visits.
Because of these reasons, we usually opt to get our yogurt to go. Despite these issues, we still enjoy the flavors and keep coming back for those tasty frozen yogurt options.

Im from out of town and saw this place was open, drove 20 minutes got there at 9:10 pm and they were already closed. But the closing time is 10.

It’s 1:49pm and the open sign is on and the store hours says there open but the door is locked and the lights are on inside. It’s frustrating.

the customer service is usually lacking i don’t think i’ve ever had someone who’s spoken more than 2 words to me + usually whenever i go there’s literally only one employee available with a store full of people i always feel so bad.. and because of this the place is always so.. so sticky?? the yogurt is always delish tho:)

The lady working the store when I came in was very polite and handled everything with professionalism!
The frozen yogurt was good but I do wish we could put our own toppings on the froyo. Small complaint that won’t stop me from returning. It wasn’t busy when I went so that was good.
Great selection of flavors and toppings. You won’t be disappointed.

The yogurt itself was great and the service was kind, but just to me. A friend and I went here after shopping, and we sat down on a couch. An older couple came in and a younger worker asked how many bowls they needed. The couple didn’t hear, so she side eyed her friends whom she had been talking to instead of doing her job. The couple said how many bowls, and the worker turned to her friends again and made fun of the two for being hard of hearing, right in front of them. I don’t leave reviews like this, but this felt so disrespectful for no reason. I will be back to this Orange Leaf, but I won’t forget this disservice.
This particular location is (currently) a very sensory friendly environment- no loud music or TV's. This was perfect for our kids who are easily overstimulated. We had a lovely visit with family and the flavors were fantastic. It really adds to the experience that you serve yourself and create your own dish!

I went in at 9:30 and it says they close at 10. They put most of the toppings away abd all the fruit and said they have to do that early . If you aren’t going to offer the full service then you should close early

I love frozen yogurt , the staff seemed nice enough, the yogurt is fresh and tasted wonderful.
The seated offered is poorly thought out and not disabled friendly. The chairs are to low and as is the benches. The high stools are to difficult for people with disabilities as well.
It isn't bad for a take out to your car sort of place though.
