Google & the sign on the door says open at noon, open sign was on but the door was locked :( no sign of an employee out front. Lights and everything else was on inside

My kids really liked it! Everything appeared to be clean inside, plenty of seating, and service was good for a busy time. It was expensive for what it was, but overall good experience and will plan to go again sometime.

Worst customer service and experience. If this was the only time I’d been to Orange Leaf, I’d never go back. Saturday 10/26, arrived at 9:34pm. The employee was mopping and turned off the open sign as we approached the door. The kids turned around, however, seeing closing was listed as 10pm, I proceeded. Doors to the bathroom were closed and blocked. She confirmed they were open to 10 and handed us bowls. Half of the toppings were already put away. She stated all sauce is put away at 9:15 and even chocolate sauce was unavailable. I asked for a spoon and she slammed a bucked of spoons on the counter. We went to the car as all tables and chairs were up and the chemical smell of mopping was not appetizing. We watched as she turned away a family of 5 as she stated she “had already shut the system off” and the kids cried. I didn’t eat the yogurt. Lost my appetite.

If this had been my only trip to Orangeleaf, I never would’ve returned. We pulled in with approximately 25 minutes left until 10 PM, which is closing time. We have been there many times near closing time and normally the people are polite delightful keep the machines on and properly close out the store at the right time. This time, however the woman included in this video working on October 26, 2024 began to close the store 30 minutes early turned off the light 30 minutes early while she did allow us to get yogurt she told my family that everything was otherwise locked up to include any sauces or anything else. There were two women who were still having a nice conversation and this woman continued to mop and clean up around them such that the entire store reeked of some kind of ammonia, but we were still taking our yogurt and leaving and moving on. That is when we saw a family arrive with young children all under the age of four or five years Old and watch them walk in while the lights were still on and the door was still open having just got our yogurt, about four minutes previously and watched the same woman tell them that it was closed and watched little kids all burst into tears and start crying and two obviously exhausted parents load them back into the car and leave. At that point, I went in to talk to this woman and asked if she was the owner or the manager and she said no she told me that they normally close 30 minutes early (lie) and that it was totally normal to deny people service 15 minutes early. I told her that she had just made young children cry in order to close early and asked what her name was. Her answer was call corporate, and you can figure it out. Whoever is managing this, whoever owns this, whoever is the franchise owner or anything else should simply terminate this woman.

Bring back pistachio!!! It’s the best flavor! Service is mid…prices are high. Everything inside is very outdated. Asking to tip for someone handing me a cup is crazy

I was charged twice for the same cup of yogurt, which is an honest mistake. But the two high school kids working had no way to reverse the charge or fix it, so I was left with the task ofcontacting the manager on my own. It's now more than a month later and after leaving my contact info with the staff multiple times nobody has ever called me back. My only recourse is to file a dispute with my credit card company. Also: The credit card charge itself has an incorrect phone number and only says "Store". I almost disputed that before I finally figured out it came from Orange Leaf and I'm sure they get a lot of chargebacks because of that. Amateur hour.

Customer service is lacking. There was a big ice cream mess, as well. No one cleaned that up while we were there. Felt very rushed and I was told I was “good to go” so I would walk away with my cash in my hand and my wallet open. My family of 8 won’t be back. My kids didn’t get to pick all the toppings they wanted :/
So many frozen yogurt shops came and went. But this one still remains. Nice selection, nice staff, glad it's still around!!!

Um I think they forgot the milk in the smoothie. This is water with blended strawberries and peanut butter.
Umm.. the employees weren’t very good at the location i am at (village point Omaha) Food is good, but I’m kinda mad abt the employees. There were two employees a man and a woman. The woman wouldn’t even acknowledge me and my family. The we’re out of a lot of fro yo too. Don’t recommend
Great yogurt and nice staff!
Opening Manager was amazing! I didn’t catch his name, was incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to be around! Made some great flavor recommendations, and made my experience wonderful! Store was very clean, and the prices were fair! 10/10
There was a plethora of flavors, yet I sadly could not get what I wanted because two of the nozzles that dispense the frozen yogurt delicacy did not work. I was befuddled, because this has never happened before. But, overall, the toppings are wonderful and the taste is exquisite. I would still recommend going there.
