We had a birthday party of around 40 people. The manager was very nice and friendly. She made sure they had enough staff on hand to accommodate us. The food came out fast and delicious. They allowed us to be our loud selves which everyone loved. I will definitely be back for another grilled chicken Cobb salad ?

Had a great night out here with the family. Took our boys and the baby. Our waiter was the bartender and he made sure we were treated with respect and had what we needed. He understood the needs of having an infant and made sure to ask if there was anything he could get to make sure she stayed happy which is always a huge plus for parents.

We have come here a few times and it has always been great! We had a server in training along side our server, and they were both good. They were attentive, bringing us refills for drinks and bread, and the food came pretty fast. I usually get steak and baked potato, but this time I tried the Toowoomba Salmon with seasonal vegetables and rice, and loved it! The portions were good, the salmon was some of the best I have had. The sauce it had was savory, with mushrooms and onions in it. Definitely would get that again. The rest of my family had steak filets and baked sweet potatoes, they enjoyed theirs as well
Incredibly touched by the effort that Jamie and Ella took to make sure my to-go order was correct tonight. There was a small issue with my food and Jamie patiently took the time to listen to me, share with me why the situation occurred, and was quick to help me get it corrected. When I went in to pick up my corrected order I could see how supportive she is of her staff and saw several examples of good leadership in just the few minutes I was inside. The service and care she provided to me in this situation are what creates life long repeat customers. I will 100% go out of my way to patronize this location again because of my experience tonight. Thank you!

Unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures of the food, but my husband and I stopped into Outback as we were driving around looking for somewhere to sit down and eat. We came around 4pm so it was pretty empty, but immediately we were greeted and taken to our table where our server Angelese introduced herself. We ordered two ribeye steaks and a bloomin’ onion, all of which were perfectly done and fantastic, but the real star was the service. Angelese was very attentive and respectful, and did a fantastic job. While we were eating we heard employees celebrating something in the back, which made my husband and I (Restaurant Managers) extremely happy to hear. A manager came and checked on us as we were finishing our meal as well. When we left a gentleman held the door open for us. Overall, it was a lovely experience. You can tell the work environment is positive and it shows through the employees. Keep up the awesome work!

Waitstaff was inattentive.it should not take 20 minutes once finished eating to get the check, especially when it is super slow and staff is standing in a cluster gossiping. We won't be back.
