My daughter wanted to come here for a birthday dinner. The food was cooked to expectations. Our bloomin’ onion was crispy, her steak was juicy and tender.The service was outstanding from the time we walked in till our leaving. We were seated promptly, the staff was friendly and everything was to our table in a timely manner.Our waiter, Jackson, was exceptional! He was attentive, charismatic and brought a couple laughs and quick but awesome conversation. He’d overheard us finding a place for dessert and suggested this delightful little ice cream shop just down the street. The salted caramel was delicious..Thank you for providing such excellent service and creating an enjoyable experience.Daughter’s two cents:I really like the food, especially the steak, and the waitress oh uh, waiter was really nice and gave us some ideas to try a new restaurant for ICE CREAM!

Some coworkers and I showed up during lunch time for a group outing. Took a while before the server came and took the drink orders. He apologized several times, saying he doesn't usually work this shift. Okay, I understand, but for the appetizers to come out before all of the drinks is a little crazy. We ordered our food, and mine was taken correctly, so everyone began eating before me which was fine. No biggie, I know these things happen all the time in restaurants. Asked how I wanted my steak cooked. I replied medium well. Five minutes later, my steak came to the table. Very fast for a medium well steak. I knew it would be very pink inside, and it was. I ate the sides and took the steak home. They seem to be very understaffed and granted it was lunch time. They weren't busy at all.Parking: Ample amount of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They also have a wheel chair ramp.

Sorry, I can't recommend this place to anyone. I came in to place a to-go order because when I called earlier, I was put on hold for about 9 minutes and finally hung up on. The hostess showed me to the to-go area to place my order, but that person was on break and acted put out that she had to go back to work.When my order did finally come out, and I got it home, the mushrooms and coconut shrimp were over cooked, the cheeseburger (ordered medium) was burned on the outside and raw in the middle, and too much seasoning put on. All in all, I spent $43 for garbage.

The experience is pleasant, the food delicious and the service very good... it is a very nice place to share and eat quality meat.
We had a short wait to be seated (15-20 minutes). Our server was friendly and attentive. Our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered and was served quickly.

My waiter was great! The people that delivered my food to the table weren't friendly and tried to give us food we didn't order because they had no idea where the food belonged. My prime rib was overly fatty than normal.

Chii, our server was phenomenal. Service was top notch and very courteous. All the orders were correct and timely. Service like this makes me and my wife happy to go back again. Service nowadays is lacking but not at Outback when Chii is your server.
