4/5/24 - ~8pm -We'd never eaten at this establishment, but we've been going to the Fazolis nearby and used to get takeout from KFC before it closed, so we knew about it. Decided to try it out. It took the server forever to show up to greet us and get the drink order. Taller guy, scraggly hair with a beard, dirty blonde/brown.Our drinks, bread, and appetizer were brought out by a different person, who quickly sat them down with no straws and took off, we had to call him back to get straws. They didn't give us any plates, so we were trying to eat the appetizer and bread while avoiding getting ourselves and our eating area dirty.From then on, it was 17 minutes we sat there before our bearded waiter came back to get our actual meal order. We requested another cup of dipping sauce for the appetizer "You got it" he said... never brought one out. As we sat there we could hear other tables "It's been 20 minutes" and "Is he going to ask us if we want a take-home box" etc. (This wasn't just our waiter, seemed like the staff was having a lot of issues).An older couple seated across and a few tables down that had come in 5 minutes or so after we got there had their main course before we even had a chance to order our main course (this was the same waiter). We were being polite, quiet, not sure what was going on.A different person brought out our main course, the food was very good, however my daughter's steak was undercooked (hence 4/5), not a huge deal.Just really disappointed by the service, it was really bad. The bearded guy was nice, but just wasn't there, he was missing for huge chunks of time. It also doesn't help to have a different person bringing out the meals than the server because it seemed to contribute to the complete disconnected feeling we got from the bearded guy. I don't know that we'll ever go back.***You are sorry that you didn't meet MY expectations? That response gets this dropped from a 2 to a 1 star. You should be sorry that your wait staff didn't meet even thee most BASIC expectations. My expectations are not out of the ordinary by any stretch of the imagination.

They were very busy but there wasn't any delay in getting food. The manager on duty was even helping the wait staff. You don't always see that other places. The food was great. Salad was fresh.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids get crayons and coloring sheets. Plenty of kids meals to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

They close at 10 on Wednesdays. We showed up at 9pm and 3 employees including a manager argued in front of us about who will take the table because everyone wanted to leave. Made us feel very uncomfortable and awkward. If we were there 20 minutes before closing I would understand but a whole hour before close acting like that? In front of us??? They were so rude to the host, who was clearly young and new, about it too. We ended up walking out after they sat us and argued in front of us. Totally disrespectful and rude.
Ordered Valentines take out - 10/10!! Steaks were cooked perfect, sides were delicious and dessert was amazing!

I just had a great experience at this location! The staff were all really friendly, and my server Ben was attentive, but not overbearing. Had a ROCKin' ribeye that was cooked exactly how I wanted, and I finished with a warm caramel cookie that almost literally melted in my mouth. Phenomenal. Thanks y'all!!

The food and the service was damn phenomenal. Carlos and Derik made the night stunning. Celebrating a friends birthday, free Sunday, plus my steak was overcooked, asked about it feeling super horrible and they brought me a new one, new sides, sent home the mistaken one (as a freebie) and just stunning service!!
