I have gone to the 24th street location many times and have always had a wonderful experience. Tonight was my first time at this location and honestly, I probably won’t ever go again. The young lady working was absolutely rude. She had the nastiest attitude, responding to our questions with short one-word answers, almost as if they were stupid questions. I always leave a tip whenever the option is available but I, unfortunately, could not leave one this time.
Not sure if your goal is to upset and lose customers if so you’re doing great!!

Everything here is always delicious. You really can’t go wrong.
Third time I can't find the bread I want, which comes out in 1 hour, the bread gets hard the next day. There are better places on 24th that make better sweet bread. I will not return to this bakery again. I don't recommend this place.

The freshest pan dulce around, well priced, staff is friendly and welcoming. Depending on when you shop sometimes you’ll catch a fresh batch out of the oven. Always make a stop when I’m in town. Truly a gem!! :)
