The poorest ran panda in the region. Food is a 3 because it has to uphold to the franchise standard. Nothing is ever smooth. I go because it's close and decent. Nothing express about it. If you're in the Sorensen plaza, I would advise going to other restaurants.

Apparently at this specific one what I order that I've been ordering for years just never from this specific restaurant they said that I can't order it I order the bigger plate with all the entres being chow mein and for the side I do broccoli beef but they say I can't order that even tho I have been for years so I wouldn't recommend going there

Ordered twice, both times I ordered pickup for ~20 minutes later, food was made quick and ready to be picked up in 5 minutes (Could be a bonus, but 15 minutes before designated pickup time means cold food), asked for half lo mein and half fried rice. Got full fried rice and it was old, crunchy, and dry. I called 4 times to see if I could work something out and head baco, but none of the calls were answered. The food wasn't separated on the plate and looked rushed. I work fast food, and I understand if it's at a rush period, but no one was there. It's funny how they call it gourmet. I wish I had good things to say but this happened twice. Only redeeming factor was the taste of the sauce with the chicken, and the nice napkins.

Had there chicken a couple of days (3 now) ago, I've been drinking water and trying to keep my electrolytes steady ever since. Unless you like eating plastic tasting sides and possibly highly contaminated/old food. Avoid this place

Every time I’ve gone to Panda, they always try to give me what they can to fill up the boxes because a 3 entree plate alone is over $14. Not this location. The staff were rude each of the 2 times I visited. I could have been ok with the dark mood behind the counter if the food was better - but it wasn't. I don’t plan to go back to this location and given the people I encountered, I'm sharing here to prepare others for a very chilly interpersonal environment.

I have had hair in my food multiple times at this location. I am done wasting my money on food I won't even eat cause I lost my appetite..
I have been to this location several times. I have been very disappointed with the amount of beef in my order. I usually get a plate of fried rice with 2 broccoli and beef entrees, but it’s turned into fried rice with only broccoli. Very disappointed. I won’t be back to this location.

I am currently sitting in my work bathroom writing this review about the horror of an experience I am having due to the new Panda Express Hot Orange Chicken. The taste last night was absolutely fantastic but at what consequence? The pain is unreal. The burn is worse than the “your mama” jokes in middle school. Do not- I repeat. DO NOT GET THE HOT ORANGE CHICKEN. THANK YOU

The customer service was amazing. Told the server it was my 1st time and gave me a discount. I see why now, food is terribly bland. Glad I was desperate for food. Because I now know I won't go to any other panda express again.
