Drive through and pick up order never ready on time, always have to wait an extra 15

Panera is Panera anywhere you good. The food looks nothing like the menu photos, employees taking orders are awesome. Food prep varies, sometimes 6-7 mins sometimes 15 min. We always order the same thing. We get food there out of convenience.

Disappointing. I usually love Panera. This location left something to be desired. We waited 30 minutes for our food. To be fair I think they were slammed with takeout orders. When we finally got our order my strawberry basil caprese salad had no strawberries and no basil. Went back to the pick up area and they said they were out of strawberries. They weren’t technically out but hadn’t had time to prep any. So I waited while they prepped some and dropped a handful on my salad. Decided it wasn’t worth the fight to ask for basil too. I can understand the wait when it’s busy. No excuse for not preparing the food item correctly.

I was looking forward to the steel cut oats with strawberries this am.
The oats came in a clump in the bowl with no milk, 2 cut up strawberries, they were out of pecans so they substituted with a tbsp of crushed almonds, no crunch & a bit of brown sugar on the side.
Had to go to the self serve coffee counter to get a cup of milk to put on the oats. By then it was no longer hot.
My husband ordered a latte & the steamer was broke down so had to settle for an iced coffee. His sausage breakfast was the only good part.
We will not be back!

Panera has gotten very expensive! 1/2 a sandwich and soup was 15.00 a person and the drinks were over 3.00 for an iced tea! Won’t t be going back anytime soon for a small sandwich and soup

First of all, if I would have read the reviews first, I would have never ordered from this location! I spent about 30 minutes trying to use the website to place an order for delivery. The website kept kicking me out and I had to keep starting over. I called the store and asked the person who answered the phone for help and they stated they couldn't help me with delivery only in-store orders. I tried a total of five times before the order finally went through. The stated delivery time was incorrect, and the message stated there was a delay. I was checking the Ring camera doorbell for the order and noticed that when the driver finally arrived, the driver touched the Ring doorbell once, but didn't actually ring the doorbell, then the driver left $67 worth of food on the step in the hot sun and drove off!!!! When I looked through the camera to check if the order had been delivered, there were flies trying to get into the bag! I WAS PISSED!!!! The driver was an older woman who apparently didn't know how to use a Ring doorbell, and looked like she was having a bad day. I called Panera, and pressed the option for delivery issues. The person that answered the phone was very dismissive and stated she would call Grub Hub although I told her I placed the order on the Panera website. I then called the store and asked to speak to the manager. It was the same woman who answered for delivery with the same dismissive- I have better things to do than listen to my complaint attitude. I didn't appreciate her attitude and let her know it.I also told her that I didn't appreciate paying $67 for flies to enjoy my meal. She hung up on me twice while I was speaking to her. I called her back a third time (actually a fourth time because I had initially spoken to her when I had issues placing the order) and we had a yelling match. She ended up refunding my money. Both the driver and this manager should be fired, especially after reading the other reviews! I was calling from out-of-state, but if I lived there, I would NEVER go to this location! I told her I was going to write a letter about my experience, and she was quick to add she would write a rebuttal. Have fun writing your rebuttal. Please note, YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!!! By the way, this was the Saddle Creek location.
