I had a great experience at Panera Bread! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. I ordered a soup and sandwich combo—the broccoli cheddar soup was creamy and rich, and the turkey avocado BLT was perfectly toasted with fresh toppings. The bread was soft and had the perfect texture, clearly baked fresh.
The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and cozy, making it a great place to relax or get some work done. Whether for a quick bite or a casual meal, Panera Bread never disappoints. I’ll definitely be back!

Haven't been here forever. Had soup and a sandwich. My friend had soup and salad. It does take a bit for the food but keep in mind they make it fresh, so the wait is worth it. I have one regret should have grabbed a cinnamon Roll.
Parking: With all the business they it can sometimes tuff.
I can't even remember the last time they actually got an order right or showed up on time for a delivery. I wish there were more breakfast options in the area so I could just NEVER order from this awful place again! Their customer service (or complete lack of) makes it even worse.

I've never been treated so rudely as a customer as I just was at Panera on Saddlecreek. The girl and manager on duty were so rude to me. Yesterday they totally gave me the wrong sandwich so I called yesterday morning and talked to someone that took my name and said come back for a free sandwich. So I went this morning cuz he said I could at anytime, and they tried telling me I had to get the same sandwich I got yesterday and I said but I didn't order that one! (I ordered an asiago bagel w sausage, egg and cheese but was given a croissant w only egg and cheese. She told me i had to get the croissant even though its NOT what I ordered.) The girl was raising her voice. Then finally the girl was like hang on...(after just being so rude) and said You did a mobile order yesterday right? And I said yes and she said hang on so she came back and gave me my whole order free finally! I hate that location. I go for the drive thru but from now on I'm going to the 78th and Dodge and walk in. I'm eating it now and it actually is right this time. Yesterday they forgot my pop too.

Giving one star is being generous. Gave my door dasher half my order and wouldn’t correct the mistake. Take accountability for your mess ups!!! It’s bulls——-! Never ordering again this is the second time you messed up my order! Get it together Panera!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been to this store many times and every time I come here they are out of something. This specific time I ordered the chicken sandwich and wasn’t available because of lack of ingredients then I order a salad and wasn’t available because they didn’t have any To Go containers. Then spoke with the manager and the manager and he didn’t have much to say. I work in the restaurant industry and I promise if it is well ran these things don’t happen consistently and if they do there is definitely some form of acknowledgment

I was so excited to try their new French Ciabatta Dipper. I loved most everything about this sandwich from the ciabatta bread, perfect consistency for french dip, to the amount of cheese - asiago, provolone and a tasty garlic aoili drizzle. The dipping sauce was like french onion soup with pieces of onion. But, where's the meat? There were just a thin layer meat with all the bread and cheese. A little sparse for a $13 sandwich. Their chili is so good and flavorful!
There out of everything!!!! And you can't substitute something they don't have!! Lazy employees!!

Half my order was missing when it arrived and multiple staff said the order wasn’t placed at their store. My order review on my app shows that it was. They said the order number I gave them where it said “order number” on my receipt didn’t make any sense to them. Oh well.
